Monthly Rentals in Bañaderos

We had a great stay. The apartment is modernly decorated and offers plenty of space! The highlight is the roof terrace, from which you can see the sea and watch the surfers. Alexis did not greet us personally - Check-in is via an app. However, there was a personal welcome greeting and a few treats! Everything was also lovingly prepared for our 10-month-old baby. There is not much to discover in the surrounding area. However, you can get to very nice places very quickly (10-20 minutes) by car! We felt very comfortable - thank you!

The Monica's and David's place is located in a quite street very close to the amazing cathedral church of Arucas. The apartment was exactly as described, with easy access thanks to precise instructions we received prior to our arrival, and a free parking spot at the street level. Inside, everything was perfectly clean, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and even some basics for breakfast in place (tea, coffee, sugar, spices etc...). Both Monica and David were always quick to answer all questions and gave us a handful of useful directions and advices. What's more, there is also a very interesting tourist guide they've produced for their guests on the table! In general, highly recommended place: 5/5 - gracias Amigos!

Our stay at Marga and Alberto’s apartment near Las Palmas was nothing short of magical! Nestled in a peaceful rural area, the location offered the perfect balance of serene countryside charm and easy access to the vibrant energy of Las Palmas. Waking up to birdsong and breathtaking views every morning was a dream. Marga and her son Alberto were exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, the bed was comfy, and the private outdoor space became our favorite spot to unwind. The peacefulness of the surroundings made it ideal for recharging, yet we were just a short drive from beaches, restaurants, and city life.
