Private suite near the beach!

Spacious and cozy atmosphere, with private entrance, exclusive bathroom with bathtub, air-conditioning, hairdryer, bed and bath linens. The en-suite has a queen-size bed (pocket-coil mattress) and two sinks. Outdoor area and private kitchen, well-equipped and sunny. The house is a 20-minute walk from the beach (800 meters), very close to the shopping center. Good quality supermarkets are very close. We don't have a garage! The area is quiet and it is possible to leave the car on the street in front of the house.

My wife and I loved the stay ! It was a privilege to be at this accommodation , it sure made our vacation better . The place is of a peace that inspires - it is within the city and close to a great trade but filled by nature cultivated and preserved by the hostess . The chalet in question is wonderful - super equipped with a good kitchen, good bed and even has an ideal ergonomic desk and ergonomic chair for home office work, has good internet and is in a neighborhood a few blocks of a very pleasant beach. Marcia's family is 10 , true hosts . The stay is ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the beauties of SC - Piçarras

quiet, clean and organized place. Marcus has always been kind and polite responding and helping in what was requested. The space is not large ( but it matches the one described in the advertised) for us who were in three met our needs. The first time in Itapema, we'll be back for sure.

Anderson was an excellent hoster, easy communication, always proactive, good energy and willing to help from the beginning. The location is great, super nice, very safe, quiet neighbor. The house has all the appliances so you can feel at home. I'm biased, I'll definitely be back more often whenever I return to Itajaí. Note 10, note 100 both for the place and for the treatment received by Anderson and his parents. Without a doubt, I RECOMMEND it, I felt at home during the 40 days.

Junior and his wife Leticia offered one of the best stays you couldn't even imagine! Since arrival and welcome in the space, we have been greeted with a lot of love and affection, almost like being at home. Junior excellent guide of the region, knows the city in the back of his hand. Leticia is always willing to serve guests and keep the place at the highest level. I'll be back soon and highly recommend this option!

Wonderful and quiet place. Casa complete for us with everything we needed, as much as it is home to the back, there was no problem while to that, Márcia and Eduardo helped us in what we need, they left us pampering and always very polite. We thank you for all the days we stay, we really love the place and meet you.
