The building also has a coffee shop and pizzeria inside the condominium, providing more practicality and comfort to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Very comfortable, top floor, a magazine penthouse with stunning views. Decorated with great refinement and sophistication. Fully equipped, barbecue grill, 2 parking spaces, 2 swimming pools (open in summer), fitness center, 180 m² private space on the 28th floor with the best view in BC. In the windows of the bedrooms, crib and bathtub for babies! In the best location of the waterfront, in front of the Island, close to the main restaurants on the waterfront. Nearby markets, bakeries and pharmacies.

Incredible apartment in Balneário Camboriú, with beautiful views of the entire beachfront. Space with a suite and two bedrooms with private bathroom, large living room, equipped kitchen and balcony facing the sea. Living room and bedrooms recently renovated and air conditioned, high quality mattresses, new furniture and fixtures. Three private and covered parking spaces. We provide bed linen for all beds and one bath towel per guest.

A bright sleeping area features a spacious bed with neutral bedding and two accent pillows. A small round table is paired with a chair, positioned by a large window, allowing natural light to fill the room. A potted plant adds a touch of nature.
