Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

I had a great experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, we were well received by Gabriela and her family, who made me feel like I was at home. The hospitality was exceptional, always attentive and willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The house is very cozy, and we really were able to relax and enjoy every moment. The neighborhood is super safe, quiet and very pleasant for walking tours. Without a doubt, it was one of the best stays I have ever had. I am immensely grateful to Gabriela and her family for the hospitality, and I will certainly return when I have the opportunity. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet and welcoming place to stay.

We loved the house, great for relaxing with family or socializing with friends. The host's service was excellent, she provided instructions on how everything in the house works and also gave tips on tours. We also liked that the house was already equipped with some supplies, such as water, coffee, tea, seasonings, in short, things necessary for a comfortable welcome, and also for having many dishes, glasses and household utensils.

The property has a hill as a backyard. Super organized place. The beach is about 2,000 meters, but for those who come by car it is excellent, as it is close to interpraias and BR 101. A great place for resting and for support. Ariadne is very much requested, as is her husband, always ready to attend. The property has two bedrooms, with some mattresses to accommodate several people. One of the rooms is a suite, with an in-room TV. The living room is a grace. You will be surprised by a huge purple in the middle of the room, which the landlady made a point to build and leave the stone as a decoration. Simply beautiful! In fact, it must be said that the photos on Airbnb do not live up to the place. The surprise will be very pleasant! I recommend it and I will come back for sure!

Extremely attentive, careful, always mindful of details from initial communication to closure of stay. Sensational apartment, well located, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies and with everything that is needed not only for a timely holiday accommodation, but also to live quietly for months! Super comfortable, clean, with the heated and exclusive pool of the apartment that is a very good differential, garage space that no one will bother by hitting your car or locking you in the spot, for sure when I return to BC I will return to the same place!

Good morning , my family and I love the service of the staff of the building very receptive to the reservation , quick response and clear clean apartments comfortable, view to the sea , meet td what you need ,close to supermarket td, shopping mall, restaurants is finally in the resort center, we did td without taking the car from the parking lot, it has to circulate free/ if you need great price hubers. There are varieties of places to know and affordable prices from food to tours , it is very worth knowing of course that I intend to go back more often… God bless everyone

I recommend it, very clean, quiet, great air conditioning, bathroom with great showers, you can rent it with peace of mind! Just an addendum, the power outlets have to be identified, I burned an appliance that was 110 v. thank you!

Great cost-benefit, the trip was family and we were comfortable being an Ap with a private outdoor area. We will come back more often! Rose's service was top, it catered to me in everything, amazing person!

We were very well received by Mia's mother, very kind and receptive! The apartment is beautiful, new with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and bakeries. We loved staying at Mia's apartment! We would definitely stay with her again! Super recommend it!

The apartment surprised us a lot! Excellent location, very nice and all extremely clean, not to mention that it has a wonderful view to the trams of the unipraias park. Guilherme was very receptive and welcomed us well, we like it very much. Another time, we will definitely be back. If someone asks me for directions, I will indicate with my eyes closed. Anne’s apartment is fantastic. It’s super spacious, has wonderful panoramic views from the terraces as well as the front bedrooms. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Anne is extremely friendly and is always very responsive. She’s a perfect host and very kind. We’d love to return next year for sure, hopefully for even longer!
