Vacation rentals with a patio in Ballwin

The home was in the perfect location for our trip. I felt very safe and actually took a 3 mile walk around the neighborhood. The beds and pillows and comforters were sooooo comfortable and everything was just as pictured and described. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen . We will definitely return.

I’ve stayed here before, would stay again. It’s a great location for me to visit family and the spaces have everything I need. Thanks again!

This was the perfect place to stay!! The arch is 4 minutes away and there are a lot of good food spots around the area.

We stayed here with our kiddos for spring break while visiting some St. Louis attractions. It was a perfect spot to get everywhere we wanted to go in about 15 minutes. Coffee and donuts were walkable in the morning. We made dinners in most nights and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it for a family outing!

We had a great stay here! It was just as nice as in the pictures and everything was spotless. The couch and bed are both comfortable. Linens and towels were nice too. The street was quiet and we didn't have any trouble parking. We didn't really use the kitchen or office area, but there was everything you would need. It would actually be a good WFH place to stay. We used it as a home base for all of our St. Louis tourist adventures and everything was under 20 minutes away, most things were around 10. My husband used the wi-fi at night for gaming and had no issues. Sean was very easy to communicate with, and there's an info binder as well as lots of local menus. We would stay here again!

It's great spot and quiet even though it's main drag. Great jumping off point for the city. Jason is quite flexible and responsive host. Had to adjust our travel plans because of the weather forecast and he's able to accommodate us.

Taleasa was an amazing host. She was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to be helpful to us. The house was just as described… our two dogs were well cared for too! There were dog bowls available! And a wonderful fenced back yard! She checked in us during the stormy weather that went through the area. We will definitely not hesitate to stay there again when we’re in the area…

The house was an excellent place for me to say while working in the area. While near a moderately busy street, the house was quiet and had everything you would expect including the waster and dryer and a small countertop dishwaster. I rented the house by myself and essentially used the basement as my suite during the stay. Robert was very flexible and responsive with check-in and with an extension to my stay.

Great hosts, cozy home. Will use again when we visit family.

Our stay here was great! Dzenad was very responsive with any questions I had. It is so peaceful with the river practically in the backyard. I DEFINITELY recommend staying there if you get the chance.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and we were able to park right out front any time we returned. Good access to downtown and all of the stops we had. The place itself worked well for our needs. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Kitchen was functional, but could use a few more staples. Hot tub was a daily stop and in good shape overall, though the cover sucks up water and can be quite heavy. Overall, a great stay that was great for our family.

We had an amazing stay! The house is in a prime location, just a 5 minute walk to Lafayette Park/neighborhood. Additionally Thomas was very responsive/helpful whenever we reached out with a question! I would 100% recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo overlooking one of the largest lakes in the Innsbrook community. It was centrally located, comply and cozy with excellent views of the surroundings. We were there for a wedding and Kelly was so accommodating allowing us early check in so we could prepare for the rehearsal dinner as well as a bit later check out to make sure the banquet room was in order before we departed. I can very much recommend this unit and this host for sure. Thank you Kelly!

This place was very nice and cute! Great location and so close to a ton of activities. Parking was also surprisingly easily available and not completely packed like a lot of streets in the area.

This Airbnb was absolutely enchanting! The romantic vibe was felt in every little detail, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the space. One of our favorite surprises was the indoor s’mores setup, it added such a fun and intimate moment to our stay. The host also stocked the place with extra essentials like soap, toothpaste, and even floss, small things that are easy to forget, and while we didn’t need them, it was so comforting to know they were there. The estate itself was stunning, with a peaceful lake just steps out the back door, it truly felt like our own private escape. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, even allowing us to check in early since we were planning to check out a bit early as well. We felt so welcomed and cared for. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a great stay at Pete's place! Super easy to find, and right next to a park. Really comfy, and I got some great sleep on the HUGE bed! Other reviewers are complaining about location, but it felt really safe--and I am a woman travelling alone. It's just a typical neighborhood with people living there like people do, and it was nice and quiet. The shower had nice hot water, and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. I had a couple of hiccups, but Pete was really quick to address the issues, and was super responsive. For anyone wondering about the amenities--there was the holy grail of supplies in the kitchen--catsup! (No, seriously. No one has ever had catsup before!) And the other was loads of pillows on the bed. These are the things that are important to me, so I really appreciated it. I really wanted to lounge around on the terrace, but the weather was miserable, so maybe next time! A great stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Keisa's home as I visited town for a friend's wedding. Is a lovely place, will have to keep my eye on it for when I come back again!

Great location downtown Washington. We were mostly out and about all week but the first day we were there we got out and enjoyed the nice weather all around the town. Everyone slept great in their beds every night.

The views around the condo were beautiful and there were plenty of hiking trails and lake activities. It was within a private community which was great for a quiet, secluded space. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and great for our group of two families with small kids.
