Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ballwin

Owners were helpful and kind letting us check in early. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there with our dog. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The house was well stocked and well labeled. We use the kitchen a lot and it had what we needed with newer appliances. The lower level with pool table and darts was nice to enjoy in the evenings with our college age daughter. Castlewood State Park is less than 5 minutes away if you like to hike. We were able to park our vehicle inside the garage (using provided door remote), which was nice especially when storms were predicted. This house was a nice home base to return to each day after exploring St. Louis. In case you, like me, did not realize from the photos, when you enter the front door, there are two small flights of steps on your right, one down to the lower level and one up to the main level with the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. I appreciated the more forgiving refund policy compared to other choices, for peace of mind. Lastly Nathan was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again!

While everything was fun and selected for the whimsical dog theme, it was also very nice -soft linens, well stocked kitchen with cookware, and spices. John had bottled water and a local treat us upon arrival. The AC worked great. Immaculate place. I wanted to ask for affiliate links so I could buy the fluffy pink towels, cute makeup wash cloths, pink coverlets, paint colors and all of the dog print wallpapers throughout the house! Just so fun and convenient to my son's camp at the Gateway Arch National Park all week and other things downtown and in Forest Park. We enjoyed the nearby Tower Grove Park too.

What a wonderful and peaceful Airbnb! And the mattresses and pillows? Can we talk?!?! Haven’t slept that well in ages :) would love to stay again next trip!

Exceeded expectations in every way! This beautifully decorated four bedroom, one story home, had everything we needed for an effortless nine day stay. All appliances and TV’s were state of the art, the house was super clean, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. We’re in our mid seventies and appreciated how accessible everything is in this home. Highly recommend.

Francis Mabel's place was perfect for our family. Cute, clean house. Easy check in and check out. Host was thoughtful and helpful.

No complaints. It is our second time staying at Brandon's place. Good location, close to everything. Private backyard and driveway. The house was clean, beds are comfy and dogs are allowed!

Micah’s house was a great fit for our group in town for a soccer tournament! The location was ideal, close to everything, including Busch stadium. The neighborhood is very safe, easy parking, and just down the block from a nice park. Host was quick to respond to all my questions. The pool and hot tub were a bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing. We had stayed for 7 days. The vibe was very homey. I’ve never seen an Air BNB with so much thought put into it. They provided a small bio about their family and how they got started in the business. I thought it was very cool. The home was stock with serval amenities, snacks and personal hygiene items. I accidentally locked myself out and Rich was there in no time to assist. Darlene checked on us through out the week to make sure everything was fine. I give this place a 10/10.

The place was great! Clean, quiet, and great air conditioning. Songbird is literally at the end of the alley, and great for breakfast and coffee. My hosts were very responsive and clear on everything during my stay, I really appreciated it. Will definitely book again! Gooooooooooosssssseeeeeeeee

Great home to stay in. Soulard area so walk score is perfect for going to get something to eat and/or drink without needing to drive or Uber. Even though the area can get a little loud due to so many things to do close by, the home was comfy enough to settle in and rest/chill peacefully after a long day. I stayed here during a travel nurse assignment in Alton, so not only good location to be around the city/city vibes, but also a short commute to my worksite. I’ll definitely be staying again.

We were popping in to have a good place to sleep before continuing on our road trip… not far from getting off & on the highway + close to some good places to eat!

We had the best stay! The space is perfect for a family or small group of friends. We loved the apartment. Beds were comfy, everything was so neat and clean and well-decorated. We would absolutely recommend a stay to anyone visiting St. Louis. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The hosts were so helpful and friendly. They are very proactive and will fix any issues that arise. We didn’t have any issues, but they were concerned there might be an issue with the AC following the recent storms and were working in advance of our stay to address it and it was resolved prior to our arrival. Loved our stay and the city!

We stayed at David’s place for a weekend while attending a wedding at the Saint Louis Zoo. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable. Its location near Forest Park is ideal, and having access to a garage is a great bonus if you have a car. The bed was comfortable, and while the apartment is next to a busy street, the noise level was manageable. David was a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo overlooking one of the largest lakes in the Innsbrook community. It was centrally located, comply and cozy with excellent views of the surroundings. We were there for a wedding and Kelly was so accommodating allowing us early check in so we could prepare for the rehearsal dinner as well as a bit later check out to make sure the banquet room was in order before we departed. I can very much recommend this unit and this host for sure. Thank you Kelly!

Beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great view of the lake. Private, safe and secure. The bed was super comfy and perfect space.

A very special place! We had a wonderful stay. As others have noted, the apartment is clean, comfortable, and very well appointed and supplied. Very quiet, too, yet in a walkable neighborhood near restaurants. Patty herself is immediately responsive to any questions. We would love to come back!

The condo was as described and clean in a really cute area of Innsbrook. My son was playing a tournament at the Innsbrook golf course and this made a great home base for a couple days

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

Stay was peaceful and Nonie & Mike were excellent host with quick response.

Great location downtown Washington. We were mostly out and about all week but the first day we were there we got out and enjoyed the nice weather all around the town. Everyone slept great in their beds every night.
