The house was perfectly suited to our needs . The kitchen is supplied with anything one needs to make home-cooked meals. The living spaces are super comfortable ... not "too precious". Cate is a superb host... her attentiveness, good communication skills, and flexibility are stellar!

If you’re looking for a sublime, relaxing getaway, go to Erica’s cottage. Inside, it’s pretty, livable, with everything you need. Great sunlight. Wake up to a view of the woods. Beaches for long walks nearby, the local market across the street is amazing. Birds are up to their early spring singing. We were there off season and it was a perfect spot. Plus, Erica is fantastic. Just can’t do better than Thrasher cottage.

It was such a joy to be able to have this peaceful haven while visiting with family for the holidays. The kitchen was better stocked than many people's at home kitchens, and the decorating was homey while still feeling like the Cape. They made everything super easy and we loved our stay.

Beautiful place! Great hosts! My family had a fun and restful off-season weekend at the guest house with our dog. Beds are so comfortable. The projector is fun at night. Beaches are so close. Can’t wait to come back.
