Super clean and sanitized! Disney vacation house, close to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, convention center. very spacious. features 4 beds ( 2 king and 2 bunk beds and an extra floor matress). cable tv, Netflix, amazon prime, Disney+ and a DVD player. Beth’s place is the kind of Airbnb that makes you wonder why you ever stay in hotels. From the jump, she was an awesome host—communicative, thoughtful, and super easy to work with. You can tell she really cares about her guests having a smooth, stress-free stay. Now, the house? Chef’s kiss. Super clean, spacious, and full of good energy. The vibe is calm and cozy, like you’re on a proper vacation—even if you’re just in town for a few days. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and surprisingly central. You’re close to the airport, 15 minutes from the beach, 20 from Disneyland, and still tucked away in your own little oasis. The pool was perfect for lazy mornings or winding down after a day out, and the house had everything I needed to just unpack and live. I didn’t need anything extra—it was all right there. Also, not to be dramatic, but the taco truck around the corner changed my life. I wasn’t even looking for it, just took a walk and BOOM—tacos so good I considered extending my stay.

A wonderful home! Our family had plenty of space for the kids, parents, and grandparents. Everyone had their own room. It was amazing to have four bedrooms all on the first floor. There was a beautiful yard the kids just loved with citrus trees. The kitchen table was nice and big so we could all eat together. The thick towels were very comfy. The kitchen counter was beautiful, would use that in my home, it was so nice. Neighborhood was quiet. We would love to come again here. Ideal for families.

Ann's place was perfect for our stay! I'd say it was a bit cramped for 6 adults, but we loved spending time in the backyard which made it all worth it! Ann's location was perfect for a quick walk downtown for some coffee and shopping! She is located in a lovely neighborhood and close to a nice park!

Beautiful downstairs unit on the water. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location and incredibly close to the main street. We loved sitting outside and watching the boats and people. We had all types of weather (cloudy and crystal clear) and it was all perfect for different reasons. The kitchen was well stocked. We didnt cook but we baked. I would have loved a kettle but a pan worked just fine. The beds were comfortable and there were enough linens and pillows. Extra too! I appreciated the knit throw blankets as well. I appreciated the washer/dryer and supplies. We washed our towels halfway thru our stay. There were a lot of rules, repeated many times in many different ways, so it made me nervous for the first few days of my stay. I swept and spot clean the floors just to make sure. The unit was a little spendy but it may have been due to the Easter holiday. Communication was good before/during/after our stay. We left something there and they shipped it to us.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. From the moment I walked in, everything felt just right—the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly like the photos! You can tell the host really put thought and care into making the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the location. It was super convenient—just a 15-minute drive to the beach, which made it easy to pop over for a morning walk or catch the sunset. Everything else in LA felt really accessible too—great restaurants, shopping, and all the spots I wanted to explore were close by. The bed was super cozy, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were so many little thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfy, and well located place in LA! It was a great experience!

Had a wonderful stay. It was in walkable distance to disney (15-30 minutes) and was close to other events than just Disneyland. Only about a 30 minute drive to Newport beach, and a 5 mintue walk to a local park. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful all day. The house is close to a mall (Anaheim Gardenwalk) and close to many restaurants fast food or family owned. If me and my friends or family eventually come back to Cali for Disneyland, I am going to recommend and try to stay at Christine's house again. The house looks exactly like the photos, is clean and in pristine condition. It also has an amazing backyard (bigger than i thought it would be) and the driveway is spacious enough to fit 2-3 vehicles. The garage was transformed into a game room which me and my friends enjoyed playing Foosball and ping pong. I would recommend this house to any coworkers, friends, or family who are planning on going to disney in the future.

Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay for our spring break vacation. We went to the beach everyday and ate out at many of the great restaurants in the area. OC is awesome and we were able to easily access all the fun spots. We will be back!

We stayed here with our three young children and had a wonderful time. The big backyard is amazing! We all loved the mini golf. The neighborhood is walkable and the location made it easy for us to go to Disney. We walked to a playground/skatepark twice. It is also very close to Knotts Berry Farm. One of the days we drove over to the beach too. The house was clean and great for making meals together. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for my children. The neighbors have dogs who bark loudly and peer over the fence. Sometimes they startled my kids and made them nervous. If you have a baby bring a white noise machine to block out barking during naps and you’ll be fine. :) Bring slippers because the floors get cold and they prefer no shoes in the house. Overall this was a great stay and I recommend it for families! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Thank you Esther and team!
