Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

I can’t express enough how wonderful Eric’s place was. He thought of every little thing and clearly marked items all the way down to where the trash bag’s were. The game room was wonderful, the kids loved it! Strollers, ice chest anything and everything you need while on vacation, he had it! The home was roomy and clean. We decided this will be our new destination when visiting LA.Eric was also available for any and all questions you had responding quickly. Thank you Eric for a wonderful experience 😊

1st time airbnb user here. wasn't sure what to expect, but this experience sets a very high bar for future rentals! clear instructions and frequent check-ins from the host made our trip very relaxing and hassle-free. the property was as described and we had no problems during our stay. the pool and hot tub ended up being family favorites. the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. the house is near everything you could need including grocery stores, wal-mart, shopping malls and centers, restaurants and parks. it's also close to major freeways which makes day trips and sightseeing easy to navigate.

Nick is a great host. He is very responsive , which I really appreciate. The place is very clean and well stocked with kitchen amenities and toiletry supplies, including clean towels, dish soap and hand soap, coffee pods for Keurig, basic spices, etc. Hot tub was pleasant after a long day of sight seeing. This is highly recommended Airbnb... will definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

Paul wants his guests to have a to experience staying at this property. I have rented many properties through Airbnb, but none of the owners have come close to being as lovely to work with as Paul! Added bonus The back yard is truly an oasis!

My family—me, husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 dogs—were required to evacuate due to the Palisades fire. Fortunately, Yonatan was a responsive host who quickly confirmed our request to reserve. The house was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean, good layout. There were privacy and space for each of us, adequate room for me to work, and common areas where we could hang as a family (den, dining area, lanai/sun room, side patio with table and chairs). The kitchen was clean, functional and well-stocked with all the basics. The wifi was excellent. Backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, day and night, and the neighbors were friendly when we walked our dogs. Plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk or drive. In short, exactly what we needed. I can imagine the house also being great for a group of friends going to an event in LA. Yonatan and his co-host were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place was so cute. Very clean and simple. Our party had two couples and a single person. The guest house afforded privacy for the single traveler and gave everyone kitchen and living room space to escape when they wanted to. The backyard is darling. There are little conversation areas spread out all over the yard with a fireplace for when it got cold. The jacuzzi was right there and used often. The house is a block from downtown San Clemente with lots of shopping and cafes. The beach pier was a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay.

Very good communication. Easy instructions, great place for a big family in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen ware. We even got to see fireworks from the theme park! Would stay again if the need arises.

Incredible views! We loved our stay and plan to book again! Comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating options from which to enjoy the incredible views. Comfortable beds and all furniture in great condition. Only real complaint, if you can call it that, is the lighting outside the front door. Many positives to our stay

Loved the house. The pool an hot tub were really clean and the kids had a blast. House was clean, all rooms were great size and the bathrooms were really nice.

We were in town for a funeral and it was the perfect place to unwind, relax and visit. Comfortable enough for 8 adults. Everything was clean and as described. Chuchu was very responsive.

Lovely stay @ Ray’s place. There was a delay during check in but overall the place was good and our family loved it.

Great place to be with family and friends. The pool and spa are amazing. The kitchen is great if you are cooking your meals instead of ordering out. Love that all TVs were app friendly.

Nick’s home was great! There were 3 adults and 5 kids staying there and everybody had their own bed! The inside of the home was clean and very well stocked. It was the perfect location for going to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm (so much better than Disney!). It was also only an hour from Huntington Beach which the kids loved. Unfortunately between our busy schedule and some rain we did not get to enjoy the outdoor amenities but everything seemed fine. I would definitely go back there again.
