Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

It was peaceful I tv felt like home the only thing Is two of the doors a room and a bathroom didn’t close it was missing the strike hardware

1st time airbnb user here. wasn't sure what to expect, but this experience sets a very high bar for future rentals! clear instructions and frequent check-ins from the host made our trip very relaxing and hassle-free. the property was as described and we had no problems during our stay. the pool and hot tub ended up being family favorites. the neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. the house is near everything you could need including grocery stores, wal-mart, shopping malls and centers, restaurants and parks. it's also close to major freeways which makes day trips and sightseeing easy to navigate.

This place is great! The house was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and a perfect walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location with a stunning pool, though unfortunately, it was too cold to use during our stay. The property is just a short drive to Anaheim, making it a convenient spot. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks and small amenities upon arrival. Such a wonderful and welcoming experience!

We had a great stay! Three good-sized bedrooms and one bathroom on the top floor, a second bathroom on the main floor with a TON of living space - living room, family room, dining room, and an excellent kitchen. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the beautiful backyard garden. Tara was very responsive and even let us pick some ripe loquats from the trees in the yard. A very pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Paul wants his guests to have a to experience staying at this property. I have rented many properties through Airbnb, but none of the owners have come close to being as lovely to work with as Paul! Added bonus The back yard is truly an oasis!

We are a family of five and stayed at Anastasiya's place due to its proximity to Disneyland. So glad we stayed here! Looks just like the pictures and the kitchen was stocked with enough stuff to be able to prep and cook meals. Check in was easy and everything was super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Tiffany was always kind and responsive. The accommodation was exactly as pictured, and it was about 20 minutes from the airport and about 25 to 30 minutes to the main tourist attractions. It was convenient to park, and there was a large Dorip Park within 10 minutes, so it was also good for a picnic. There were 3 bedrooms, so it was nice for several people to have privacy while staying. It was also useful for cooking, and it was very neatly maintained. I'll be visiting next time.

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

Stayed here multiple times—great option

SPOTLESS. COMFORTING. SAFE. I loved my stay at this location. Lori was sweet, understanding, and super helpful along the way. The place was spotless when I arrived and had everything you could possibly need! Everything was well organized, and I enjoyed each amenity. I chilled outside next to the fire pit, enjoyed a coffee on the patio in the sunshine, soaked in the tub, and washed clothes a few times. I have been to quite a few airbnbs around the world, and this was my favorite. What made this Airbnb so nice was that the host really cares about the guests. She recommended things to do around town, offered suggestions, and made me feel right at home. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and serene here! I will definitely be back!

Cozy Cabin is a great spot and has everything to help you relax and unwind. Michelle is quick to respond and a great host! We have returned again and again!
