Precioso apartamento con reforma integral. Ubicado a siete minutos andando de la playa y a escasa distancia andando del centro. Todas las estancias tienen balcones con vistas privilegiadas al Parque Nacional de Doñana y a la desembocadura del Guadalquivir. Cuenta con dos dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y sillón cama para un niño, y otro con dos camas individuales. Baño de diseño. Cocina nueva completamente equipada con lavadora, lavavajillas y microondas. Salón-comedor con chaise longue.

La playa se encuentra a 900 metros y llegarás a ella paseando por las calles más importantes de la ciudad, un auténtico lujo. El apartamento consta de aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio. Durante los meses de marzo, abril y mayo de 2024 la terraza compartida se encontrará en reformas y uso estará condicionado a tales circunstancias.

You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

La Casa Celeste is fully equipped, very spacious and bright. It is only 500m away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Sanlúcar. The house counts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: ideal for 1 or 2 families. All rooms have air conditioning. For the little ones there is a travel cot, high chair and safety gate for the stairs.
