The place is highly recommended as well as the host, Antonio. The house is located in a very well located development (less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and shopping area), quiet and equipped with the services described. The house was very clean, and it has all the equipment described in the listing. Finally, we highlighted the availability and excellent treatment of the host, who at all times tried to make our stay great.

Sergio was a very attentive host with the directions and the service, the accommodation was all perfect with great facilities with all the kitchenware, spacious rooms and private parking, I went for work issues and I will not hesitate to rent it again, I recommend it 100%.

We have spent a wonderful family days, the interior of the house is very spacious with different spaces and everything is very clean. The pool is very nice, noting that they spent every morning to clean it and we will never forget the spectacular sunsets. Both Blanca and Veronica were attentive at all times during our stay. A beautiful place…. There's everything … washing machine…. Dishwasher…. Etc …. Everything is there….. Group with eight people… we were able to have two exceptional houses…. Antonio is attentive and charming…. Very good contact and great kindness... He speaks very good French ❤️

Wow!! What a house!! This house is truly stunning, the work and detail that Ann has included into the house is out of this world. It really was a memorable trip for the whole family. For a family of 5 which includes 3 teenage boys we do struggle to fine somewhere that can accommodate us all with enough space for us to have family and private time, but this house ticks all the boxes, plenty of space inside and out for us all. We spent a lot of time outside on the lovely roof terrace, from morning coffee to evening drinks whilst watching the bats flying around! Plenty of local restaurant's and bars just outside the front door, but also a nice peaceful environment, all good value for money with exceptional food and service. As for Ann what a wonderful host, she went over and above to help with any recommendation's even booked for us which was very helpful if we were struggling with the language. I would highly recommend a stay at this house you wont regret it!

It's a very large house ideal for a large group of friends. It is a perfect location to visit several villages and beaches. Everything is around 40-50 minutes away,even Cadiz. The house is exceptionally clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. The house has all kinds of details, coffee maker, toaster,dishwasher, iron,washer dryer,barbecue,air conditioning and all kinds of kitchen details. The terrace is ideal for a great time at night. We didn't miss anything There were even beach chairs that one of our friends had forgotten and it came very well. Communication with Monica is very easy and very attentive if we are missing anything. He made us many very useful suggestions. There are three bathrooms but in one of them there is no hot water, I'm sure it's easy to fix. It was a wonderful stay.

A great stay and even better treatment! The house is incredible and Ignacio has it in perfect condition and smells great! We had a problama with the keys, our fault, and Ignacio without being able to be present helped us a lot, solved the problem and is a very close and friendly person! The stay was a 10 and the human quality was much more! I recommend it 100% Muchisimas, thank you Ignacio for everything!

We have spent a great few days, the house is very nice, as it appears in the photos, equipped with all the details, the development is great, and just over five minutes from the beach by car. I would definitely recommend it.

Thank you for the wonderful time. This is truly a beautiful house - spacious, modern, equipped with everything necessary, very convenient and comfortable. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It was warm and cozy even on cold evenings. The kitchen is modern, well-equipped, and spacious. Also, the wonderful green grounds are a great bonus.The beach is quite close. We’d also like to mention that José was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely come back again!

Francisco was very reactive and helpful during our entire stay. The house was clean and confortable, and we enjoyed the garden and the barbecue. Additional ustensils in the kitchen would have been welcome but we managed with what was available. I recommend to have a car (parking is possible in the street) as the house is quite far from the center, however it is within a few minutes walk from the beach, which is convenient

200% recommended. The house is fully equipped, has everything one might need, spacious and well located within Costa Ballena: close to the 2 shopping areas, the beach and the golf course. The development has swimming pools, tennis courts, a children's area and large gardens and is very quiet (on the dates we were there at night you could not hear anything, not even the cars on the street) There is private WIFI in the house, which allows you to work remotely, the connection is not shared. Photos reflect reality (even better than the photos). Everything was very clean and they had a lot of nice touches (like leaving salt, coffee...) . Both the owner and the person in charge of hosting us were lovely, and they helped us with anything we needed. We had a great time.

It was a very pleasant stay at Enrique's place. He has always been pending and attentive to any situation or need. The house is very well located and quiet, close to the beach and in an area with easy access to shopping areas.

Very well located house a few meters from a family beach, the house meets what is necessary although some aspects to improve so that everything is 5 stars. 5 star Jesus both in communication and in treatment, good directions to go to eat and get to know the surroundings.

We have been very comfortable in Belén's house. It is a good base of operations to reach the tourist towns that you have to visit. In a beautiful urbanization, and very well-kept, close to the beach. The indoor pool in winter is great. Also, there is a Mercadona very close. In winter you enjoy a lot of peace and silence. We'd repeat it without a doubt.

Maria del Carmen is an amazing host. He was very kind and helped with everything. Her home is great for a family. Totally recommendable and we will surely return. Thank you very much, Maria del Carmen, for a good vacation!
