100% recommended, very good value for money. Both Sabine and Markus are very friendly and approachable, they treated us like guests but we still felt completely independent and autonomous. The house is very clean, with everything you need and very detailed (shampoo, gel, towels, oil, coffee), which you don't always find, and that made you feel right at home. In addition, the location is good for going to the beach and the "magic spot" that Sabine discovered for us, in a forest park. The house has a room apart from the main one, although it is very small, but it allows some space (to leave your bags or even sleep there). The property has private access to park and is huge. We really enjoyed ourselves at the pool, listening to the birds. Yes, it is true that the neighbors are somewhat noisy, but it is normal in Andalusia, we are usually louder. But Sabine and Markus, with their affection, generosity and discretion, more than make up for it. We'll be back for sure if we're in the area.

Fanny is an excellent host and gave me some great advice on where to watch Flamenco. Always very responsive to messages. Perfect value for money location to explore Jerez.

A very nice house, tastefully decorated, everything was very quiet, you could only hear some rooster in the background and tranquility, on the patio you could have 100% privacy to be as you like, the pool we could not use it because it was cold, but very good looking and maintained all year round, the patio hammocks were really comfortable, well equipped with a kettle, microwave pizza maker...With many details, such as fresh fruit, details for the jacuzzi, this is very spacious and very nice with the wall decorated with landscape. The entrance with quite hollow for the car and how they live nearby, any problem that may arise, they are attentive and quick.

Here you will feel at home. Magnificent place to go as a group and give a good time of sun and food. You'll be right at home with the great hosts, who are super hospitable. We will come again, no question.

everything great without any problem and to any small thing that happened always a solution the accommodation was incredible and Julia the eldest lady super maja also although we barely saw it I recommend it without any hesitation

Very nice, it cooks very well equipped. If you are over 1.80 you will take more than one hit on your head when going up and down stairs. The type of staircase is a bit uncomfortable, but the views from the terrace are worth it. The patio gives access to two other homes, the service was very nice on their part. You obviously lose some privacy, though. If you intend to sleep late, does the adjacent estate have an apartment rental agency? They are making all day and receiving calls at maximum volume. Everything is very peaceful at night. Parking around is complicated, but Josune gives you very good directions.
