The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Can Xec est une maison de village dans Pals, entièrement rénovée et moderne, cuisine toute équipée, climatisation, TV, WIFI. Elle a un espace de travail au rez-de-chaussée et le reste du logement à l'étage. Il y a 3 chambres, dont une avec un lit tiroir, et une salle de bain. Vous pouvez accéder au village de Pals à pied. C'est une maison idéale pour passer quelques jours sur la Costa Brava en été, mais aussi pour rester quelques mois et profiter de la région tout en travaillant à domicile.
