great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Our 2nd time at the place and we love it. It was perfect for a group of men going to a conference.

Kristy was friendly and very accommodating. We asked for an early check-in and she was able to check us in 3 hours early.

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

This home is just like the photos. The only thing is it's not as secluded as you may think. The home is on a dead end road so there wasn't any traffic & very quiet w/ lots of deers roaming around. But there were other homes nearby so you had neighbors. I guess I didn't look at the pics close enough. But again, it was still very quiet and peaceful. Also, those who are not from Colorado, this home is on about a 9000ft elevation. We're from Chicago so the altitude hit us pretty hard the 1st night w/terrible headaches. Drink plenty of water. We did drive down to the town of Bailey which was about a 1000ft less so that helped alittle. There were many cute shops all within walking distance with a pretty stream and hiking too. We recommend exploring there. Very friendly locals. 1 king bed w/on suite bathroom (standing shower only) on the main floor w/the kitchen & living space & half bath . 2nd fl had other king bed & "kid's room" and a full bath (w/tub) for all to share.

This home was an amazing place to stay and experience the Denver area. Its modern and clean design made us feel right at home while we enjoyed the mountain views. Although there isn't much privacy due to the surrounding properties, we still felt comfortable and peaceful. You are basically guaranteed to see some deer strolling by, and a horse nearby. The location is perfect for escaping the city while remaining within a reasonable drive to explore Denver.

Such a beautiful home and area to spend family time. A fully stocked kitchen was great! We loved the restaurant recommendations. The outside area was well thought out and so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This place is a great place to stay if you want to relax in the mountains with beautiful views. And an added plus if you like to explore. The trails into the National Forest are right out your back door. My daughter loved all the hidden tipi along the path. We saw moose multiple times. The house was cozy, clean, and well stocked. We would absolutely stay again.

If you are looking for a quiet place to reconnect and explore your fantasies and sensuality, this is the place. We are experienced players. Heavier players may find the furniture to be unsuitable for medium to heavy intensity players

We've stayed in many airbnb's and this is the first that actually felt like a home versus a short term rental designed for maximum profit. Tom was super helpful and hospitable. The house is well appointed with very nice appliances and cookware to use compared to many with minimal/cheap appliances and junk we experienced previously. The Cafe brand french door oven was my favorite. The location is great with a hot tub and a beautiful Aspen grove with hot tub in back. Thanks for being a great host Tom!

We only stayed one night but it was great! Convenient location just outside of Buena Vista. Hot tub and firepit under the stars by the river was amazing. The place seems brand new and was tastefully decorated. The outdoor community breakfast with mountain views was lovely. Host graciously provided fire supplies and high end toiletries. The place was tastefully decorated and even the towels were luxurious.

My fiancé and I had the honor of being the first guests—and it truly felt like a tucked-away fairytale. We stayed for my birthday with our dog and were completely enchanted. No stops were pulled—every detail was done with care. From the handwritten note to the welcome snack basket, pup treats, handmade welcome home book, and robes—everything felt personal and thoughtfully placed. The home blends modern comfort with cozy, woodsy warmth—soft lighting, intentional design, a sauna and hot tub that melted time, & heated tile floors I’ll never emotionally recover from. We discovered giant Tetris (next time, it’s on). Marlena and Christian were hosts you dream of, present, kind, and full of care. It was just the three of us this time, but we imagined our son curled up in that queen bunk one day maybe even calling top bunk before a sibling gets the chance. Also? The blankets = cloud status. Couture sauna sandals + his & hers robes = peak cozy royalty. Pro tip: bring s’mores. You’ll get it.

This was our second stay at Pike’s Perch. The home’s design creates an efficient use of space and is decorated thoughtfully. We love that you feel so far removed from the city but are a short (and fun) drive away from everything. The hosts are very responsive and seem genuinely happy to answer questions. Having an EV charger available at the property is an added bonus.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The views were truly breathtaking — even better than the photos. Had a lovely stay at Aleksander’s! Stayed for a ski weekend. About an hour from Breckenridge but a very scenic drive during the day! The house was great and had beautiful sunrise views!

Wonderful place! The home was full of amenities - hot tub, frisbee golf, hammocks, benches, and nightly deer visitors. Inside was an oversized couch perfect for movie nights, as well as a kitchen with everything you’d need. Loved that it was a 3 bathroom home so everyone had their own space. Bunch beds were loved by the kids and the dog loved the giant yard. Deer came by at night to drink from the ponds, and we watched while eating at the outdoor table. Pasquale was very responsive and sent suggestions for hiking trails - we tried Kenosha and Staunton and both were great. Wellington Lake is also close by for paddle boarding and Coney Island hot dog stand is minutes away. It was an awesome vacation and Pasquale clearly put effort into making this home great. Highly recommend.
