The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Nach rechts gelangt man über zwei Stufen ins Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Nach links geht es ebenerdig in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa für zwei. In weiterer Folge gelangt man ins eigene Badezimmer. Wie alle Apartments verfügt es über ein eigenes, freies WLAN-Netz, voll eingerichtete Küche, Smart-TV, Klimaanlage und ein modernes Bad.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.
