With three bedrooms, two completely suited bathrooms, and a free private parking place, it's perfect for those who need comfortable large beds or for groups of people. The two bathrooms add an extra level of comfort and convenience. Recently, we added a Samsung SmartTV(Internet-only) and a couch.

The apartment offers all the essential facilities and impresses with its quiet location with a large balcony in the green courtyard. Perfect spot for longer stays for education, health, etc., but also for excursions to skiing and other leisure activities in the beautiful surroundings.

Very nice quiet and spacious apartment in the courtyard/garden of a Gründerzeit house. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The living room with a queen size bed is like all other rooms with windows in the quiet garden. The center with its beautiful pedestrian zone is a 5-minute walk away. The train station and the bus station at Josefsplatz are also reachable in a few minutes' walk.
