We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

We rent,our non-smoking apartment, close to the spa town Bad Vöslau, for days or weeks. The apartment is in a quiet location approx. 75 sqm, sleeping possibility for max. 3 people. The apartment is fully furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped. WZ, SZ, Du mit toilet, Escape, toilet extra. Sat TV available, parking on the property. Driving without a car is not made. Self-catering. Unfortunately, the bringing of pets is not possible Info on request.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Modern apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator — two flights of slightly curved steps) of a typical Viennese “Altbau” built around 1900. High ceilings, thick walls, quiet despite the central location. Comfortable for 1–2 guests, up to 3. Kitchen separates bedroom and living room. Just 3 min walk to Meidling Hauptstraße metro, 4 stops to Naschmarkt, 5 to Karlsplatz/Opera. Shops, cafés, and pedestrian zone nearby.
