The house Ikarus and hostess Roswitha were wonderful. There were six of us and we had more than enough space. ☺️ The house is very modern and the sauna and the hot tub are another highlight of the house. Very clean and stylish. The view from the terrace of the mountains is fantastic and invites you to linger. Our two cars (SUV) also had a parking space with enough space at the house. There is also a garage at the house, but the parking spaces outside were completely sufficient for us. ☺️ We had a wonderful vacation, thank you!

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Even the welcome by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying at a friends' place.

The place was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We traveled a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Mikail is a great host - helpful, very nice and proactive! The house is furnished as shown in the photos, lovingly and also very clean! We are 10 people and a Toddler there, the size was more than sufficient for us! I can only recommend the accommodation when visiting Garmisch :)

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was just too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. We loved staying at Victoria’s beautiful home. The accommodation was amazing and looks even better in real life. The kitchen was modern and had everything you needed, we had two family groups staying together and there was plenty of space. We were going to stay in Munich but so glad we didn’t as the countryside and lakes in the area were wonderful too visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thanks to the hosts who were very welcoming.

The apartment was clean and newly renovated, well equipped and you immediately felt comfortable. The host was totally nice and helpful, everything went smoothly. Even a welcome pack for dog and human! However, if you are looking for a really quiet stay, you should know that the apartment is located directly in the village on a thoroughfare and next to a hotel and there are several apartments in the house. Absolutely great for a central stay and starting point for hikes!

The apartment is beautiful and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A wonderful view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We especially liked the personalized welcome board.

We were received in a super friendly manner and had a really nice contact with Karin and her husband the entire time. The apartment was great and met all expectations, you can take really nice excursions, on foot or by public transport or car and then enjoy the great view of the mountains on the balcony. The relaxing effect sets in so quickly that you can switch off perfectly. Thank you for this!!!

The communication with Susanne worked out great. My arrival time was responded to flexibly. The reception was warm, I was also given good advice for excursions in the area. There is nothing to complain about in the apartment, there is a large kitchen/living room, a large bathroom and a cozy bedroom. The location is quiet, you have a beautiful view of the idyllic Alpine foothills. Au is a rather quiet part of Bad Feilnbach, but self-catering guests will find everything they need (groceries, good baker, butcher). Everything is within walking distance. There is also a good restaurant. By car, hiking trails and beautiful destinations such as the Schliersee can be reached quickly. You can also get to Bad Feilnbach quickly. There are several restaurants and shops here. As a city person, I liked the relaxed rural atmosphere. Definitely a recommendation if you are looking for peace and relaxation in a nice environment

I booked the place for two days. The decor was really nice, especially the many small details (coordinated decor, many pillows/blankets, tea/coffee available, bath utensils, etc.) made the apartment very cozy. I immediately felt very comfortable and can only recommend it :)

A truly excellent find. The accommodation is very well equipped and comfortable with amazing views and sunsets it is easy to understand why our hosts feel privileged to live there. Indeed our hosts were remarkably generous, kind and helpful and gave us great ideas on what to do. If we are lucky enough to return to the area we know where we would like to stay. We had a lovely stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to have a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink the first coffee on the balcony overlooking the countryside while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work works with the existing WiFi most of the time. Munich is a 30-minute drive away.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back
