Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Bad Kötzting

It could hardly be better! I was wondering why the place isn't booked months in advance. Great location, wonderful apartment and even better hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Fantastically beautifully refurbished old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to keep busy (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, and much more). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Even six people could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg warmly welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know, but a flexible check-in via a key safe is also possible. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Marco was very easily accessible and helpful: I had to arrive spontaneously by train, so I was without a car. There was no shop in the village itself; Marco lent me a bike so that I could still shop in Hohenau in the evening. I also found that for one night my husband and son could come, I found very nice. As a starting point for hikes - even without car ideal. And the log cabin is surprisingly spacious, even the three of us have enough space.

A super great big house! There were ten of us and we had a good time! We especially liked the outdoor area and the beautiful countryside in the area.

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and there was nothing missing. For tall people, however, there is something to consider. Duck at the doors :-). It's an old farmhouse and people used to be smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already mentioned and nothing else, it can only have been good :-)

The place is ideal for families with children. In the barn there are a lot of vehicles such as tractors, bicycles, excavators, hay, etc. ... and 2 large swings. A paradise for the children!! By the stream are hammocks that invite you to dream. In the kitchen there is everything you need for large families. Pots and dishes. We were very pleased!!!

Barbara and Günther's little paradise was the perfect place for our relaxation! The very friendly homeowners welcomed us warmly, so we immediately felt at home. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, which offers a wonderful opportunity to wind down. The equipment fully corresponds to the pictures; the house is very clean and comfortably furnished. Kids can find toys and a swing in the barn. I highly recommend this place, especially for those looking for rest and relaxation from everyday stress. A truly little paradise! Many thanks again to Barbara and Günther for the wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the outskirts of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have relaxed wonderfully and have taken beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly rated by us for a future visit.

We stayed for two nights and felt very comfortable there. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We received tips for excursions in the area, which we partially did and would also recommend. The house is very rural and you have a great view of the surrounding fields and the forest. We would definitely come back if we go on vacation in the area again.

The Adam family welcomed us warmly. We were very pleased with the place, it was very clean, comfortably furnished and very quiet. The alpacas and goats were great! :) The wellness area is also a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

Great little unit, well setup with a range of supplies and appliances, very comfortable and peaceful. Walkable into the old town in around 30 mins, and to the train station in 20. Nice parks nearby. Lukas and Renata are great hosts. Direct access to the backyard is a huge bonus 🌳

We were 8 men and more than satisfied with the accommodation. We felt at home and were completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

Our vacation was simply great. The accommodation is sparkling clean in a great location and the surroundings offer many leisure activities. Everything was thought of in the furnishings, our dog felt - as we did - very comfortable. 😊

Our stay in Sankt Englmar was a dream. The apartment is very neat, clean and well-maintained. Nothing is missing and you feel just like home. The hostess is very communicative and always available. Very idyllic and quiet location in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. There are many seating options where you can end the evening. Rene was very nice and always easy to reach. I'm sure we'll be back!

It was a nice place to stay for our family. The area was quiet and ideally connected. We were in town quickly. Despite the small space, the apartment is ideal for a stop in Regensburg. It was very clean and practically furnished.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! Beautiful accommodation with a great view. Great communication with the host. Clean, quiet and nice environment.

We felt very comfortable in Annette's apartment! Above all, we liked the large windows and the balcony overlooking nature, the kitchen and the fireplace. There are hiking trails on site, e.g. to the Weißenstein castle ruin. We had a very relaxing time and will be back.

Wonderful apartment in a very quiet environment. In the morning you could enjoy the terrace and in the evening the sunset on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back :-)

A little paradise. :) We felt right at home. Richard is a great host, always friendly and helpful. The apartment is an absolute dream and the sauna rounds it all off. There are beautiful hiking trails in the area and also great restaurants that are within walking distance. Here you can definitely relax and unwind.

An all round excellent little apartment. Super comfy and cosy and very well equipped. Lovely views from the rear terrace. Superb instructions and comms from Milan. Parking easy. And some fantastic walking direct from the apartment. Would love to return
