Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building, reimagined. This boutique loft, featuring a modern design and curated art, is a place to unwind and feel at home, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. The Riedbach Lodge 1 is new and can accommodate 4 (5) people. There is the possibility to book a fully equipped small apartment for 2 people directly at the holiday home, if a group or large family is arriving!

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Nice apartment for 1 to 5 people

Our apartment is ideal for several people, couples, families with children, or business travelers. Living room with access to the balcony: large bed (140 x 200), cozy sitting area with couch and two chairs. TV. Two additional rooms with 2 single beds each. Spacious kitchen with dining area for 5 people. Bathroom with toilet, tub, shower. Other check-in and check-out times are possible on request. Wi-Fi, parking space, bicycle storage free of charge.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

Located between Passau and the Bavarian Forest and on the Danube-Ilz cycle path, we present our new apartment. With a lot of love for detail, we have created a place of relaxation in the air-conditioned attic. Without hesitating we like to offer our apartment which is properly cleaned/sanitized and completely isolated from other people.
