Villa vacation rentals in Bad Kissingen

It was wonderful! The view is a dream and it is beautifully secluded with lots of peace and hardly any traffic. We had a great time. In the surrounding area there is much to discover for all ages.

beautifully quiet location. At night with the window open, you could enjoy the rippling of the creek in front of the door. Kitchen, bed/living area and bathroom were absolutely sufficient.

I have to say that it was one of the best experiences we had in airbnb houses. The place has many advantages but I will try to tell couple of them: fully fenced huge yard, where you can just lie down and listen chirping, from top side the neighbor is just forest, other neighbors are not really seen from the main yard of the house, so you have the full privacy. Fenced yard was extremely comfortable also for our dog Charlie. House is equipped with everything you may need for your peaceful stay. There was even WIFI, which was not mentioned in the description originally, but we were nicely surprised. Check in was really easy and comfortable. The village has a huge EDEKA store, so you can get anything there. The trails are wonderful and easily walkable, one of the trail is actually starting right in the front of the house. in 2 minutes you are in the middle of the forest. I definitely recommend the house, it was worth of every penny. We are going to visit it again of course.

We felt very welcome. Whether the late check-in, which was not a problem, the always friendly and serious offers easy to ask for questions and the great, tasteful interior design made our stay very comfortable. The very beautiful nature all around and the absolutely quiet location let you relax really well. We thank the Kliem family for the great stay and already know that we will be back 😀

We (6 adults and 4 children) spent an extended weekend in Susann and Sebastian's house and felt very comfortable. The house offers plenty of space and is well equipped. In the house you will find plenty of tips for excursions. The communication with Susann was hassle-free and pleasant.

Sabin and Mark were great hosts. We were with 8 adults and 7 children in their house, consisting of the main house and the completely renovated and stylishly expanded "Saustall". The accommodation really exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious and stylishly decorated. The kitchens were well equipped and in the living rooms you could sit together and chat. The children especially liked the playroom and the many Bobby Cars. Even a ping pong table was available. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

A wonderful place to stay, Highly recommend. The owner is immediately available if we needed anything.

We spent a men's weekend here with friends from college. The place looks at least as good as the pictures, maybe even better. With a sauna, hot tub, grill hut and hot tub and bread service, you almost never have to leave the property. We loved it and would be happy to come back.
