The kitchen is well-equipped with all necessary appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable, featuring adequate storage. Bathrooms are modern with good fixtures. It's located in a convenient area with easy access to the Sonnenkopf area, and public transport, making the „Arlberg“ hotspots easily accessible. Overall, it provides a comfortable, contemporary living experience, suitable for families and couples looking for a quality staying.

A wonderful apartment in the Kleinwalsertal. With wonderful views and panorama from the balcony. The equipment as described, useful and ideally suited to cook something. We took wonderful hikes and climbing tours in the area, were also enthusiastic about the gastronomy on all hiking routes, even vegetarian and often vegan menus possible. Bus stop on foot and from there all destinations wonderfully accessible with the Walser Card. We stayed comfortably for three and often used the sauna and the indoor pool. Wonderful, we will be happy to come back.

Very modern apartment, nice location, very friendly host. Just a couple of little details to perfection - missing hairdryer, laundry options, playground not ready to use. Otherwise overall great stay.

Our stay in St. Anton was amazing in every way. The first-class skiing, the genuine village and the family service at the hotel made us feel at home. If you are looking for a ski resort where you both get challenging ride and a welcoming atmosphere is St. Anton the perfect choice. It was a great weekend. The accommodation was really great. The only small criticism is that it was a bit cold in the apartment even though the radiators were turned on. Otherwise, everything is tip top.

Very nice and clean apartment. There was nothing missing in the apartment, many small details were thought of that are not always self-evident. The communication between Jana& Adrian was very warm and helpful. The surrounding area is very beautiful with many hiking and excursion possibilities. We can recommend the apartment with a very good conscience.

We had a wonderful few days here. The apartment is wonderful, the most beautiful I have ever been in, very clean, very well equipped, modern and cozy. In the kitchen there is everything you need even sharp knives, which is very rare in vacation rentals. We would come back immediately. We all enjoyed it very much, highly recommended👍😊

Very nice apartment and check-in worked out easily. The amenities are of very high quality and the comfort is excellent. Cleanliness was impeccable. We particularly liked the modern and new wellness area in the neighboring hotel. Sauna, pool, hot tub and steam bath all there and the use was free! The stay is highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We stayed for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed staying with Alexandra and her husband. The space is beautiful, super clean and well prepared. Alexandra is so lovely and helpful. We’d highly recommend staying with them.

We had a really great stay at the property. The lake is within 10 minutes walking distance and is perfect for cooling off. The only drawback was the mosquitoes this year, so we couldn't open the windows at night to cool down so well. Flight gates would have been helpful. Otherwise great place to stay with a very cozy terrace. Rosemarie is a very nice and helpful gesturer!

The book collection was incredible - we spent hours browsing through it. Your hospitality and attention to details made our stay truly unforgettable. Our kids loved Easter eggs hunting in your perfect garden . We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

It was just great In the evening, you could meet Sabine for a cup of tea in the kitchen. She is always in a good mood and just a great host :).

We were accommodated as a large family in the house and everyone enjoyed the stay! There is enough space, everything is spotless clean, high-quality amenities, underfloor heating, etc... really great luxury! In addition, Herbert is a great host, very good communication and really accommodating. In the hot tub you can really relax, overlooking nature. We will be happy to come back!

The home stay was very pleasant! The house is spacious and clean. Location was convenient and walkable to the surrounding restaurants and store. We stayed with a group of 7 for snowsports, and it fit our needs perfectly.
