Spacious, bright apartment centrally located in Sonthofen - 2 rooms on 67 m² in the attic with balcony, high-quality amenities and free Underground parking. Wellness and a large selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoeing and whitewater activities. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close.
