Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Due to the separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the house is also ideally suited for professional stays. It has a separate entrance and parking space, so no direct contact is necessary. The house was renovated in 2020 with a lot of love for detail and is within walking distance of a bakery and a restaurant.
