Lovingly furnished for 2 people with small kitchen, sleeping loft and modern, new bathroom. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy on your own small terrace with private access. Kassel can also be reached by public transport via the train station in Guxhagen, which is 3 km away. The Mondsee, a swimming lake, is 2.5 km away.

The apartment is very quiet and is barrier-free, has bed linens and towels. Pets by arrangement. Just around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral town of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. Rent our 60 m2 basement apartment with separate entrance, parking right in front and private terrace. In Bedroom is a double bed and in the large living and dining room a sleeping coach. The kitchen is equipped as standard. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is located in a 3 family house in a quiet residential area. Numerous hiking trails can be found in the closer nature park of Hohes Gras in the Habichtswald.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
