The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

In the living room, there is a sofa (convertible), a dining table, a TV, a wood-burning stove for cold winter days, and a half bath. The bedroom is accessed via a ladder. A large bed (180 x 200) and a standard bed (90 x 200) are provided, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. In front of the house, there is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house; Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. NO dogs allowed!

One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

The holiday home 'AusZeyt Edersee für 2' is located in Waldeck-Nieder-Werbe and is ideal for an unforgettable holiday for two. The 90 m² accommodation offers a cosy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log style, a bathroom with shower, and a guest WC. Here, two people will find plenty of space. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fan, and satellite TV with streaming services.
