Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bacutia Beach

I would like to thank Laudicéia immensely, a very kind person, extremely careful, concerned about his guests, affectionate and quite pleasant. We received very well. Impeccable apartment, all extremely clean, new furniture, complete and very cozy. I will come back for sure!

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

Excellent accommodation, exceeded expectations. Great barbecue area, ocean view, full kitchen. Andre always answered our questions quickly. Very well located, we didn't even take the car out of the garage. I definitely recommend it.

It was all very good, Ana's property is much better than the photos can show, everything is very clean, comfortable, and a tranquility and energy that is difficult to describe in a comment, you have to experience it to understand. I WANT TO LEAVE A SPECIAL COMMENT FOR ANA LUCIA, WHO IS MORE THAN A HOST, SHE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOSPITALITY. Always very responsive, polite and concerned about my family's stay, she moved the check-in up, which was a great difference (of course, for this stay it was possible). Really a great option. GOD willing, we will be back.

The apartment is excellent, exactly as shown in the photos, new, complete and comfortable. Luciano is extremely helpful, proactive and polite. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

Both Carolina and Dona Ana (who is the one who receives us at the house) were very helpful and welcoming. The house was extremely clean and organized. Cozy, airy, spacious place, has a large balcony and a garage that is also spacious. My family really liked it!

Co-host Eunice was super responsive, polite and courteous; she gave all the support and information. The house meets the description , having all the features in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The location for the cost benefit serves, as it allows facial car access to beaches such as Castelhanos, Iriri, piuma, guanabara and tour to guarapari. Everything went in peace, and the hosts were 10!

The house is impeccable, very quiet neighborhood, with no noises. Great place to rest. The kitchen is 100% complete, service area too! I really liked the experience.

The house was perfectly located just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and boasted an outstanding 180-degree ocean view that took our breath away. Paulo, the host, made the check-in process seamless and was very accommodating. A special shoutout to Paulo’s father, Luiz Carlos, who greeted us with delicious fresh fruit from the farmers' market in Guarapari—it was such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. Going to Vila Velha is always an enjoyable experience. Staying at Alexandre's apartment made those days even more pleasant. Great apartment, with a stunning view, having around you excellent restaurants, coffee makers, ice cream shops. Alexandre was requested in everything I needed. The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless. The site is modern, well equipped, comfortable, with good ventilation. The outside area is very nice, with a swimming pool and a covered area to relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the Pituã and Itatiaia Islands. Our host always served us promptly with kindness and sympathy. There is everything close in terms of leisure, food and commerce. We found the property very clean and welcoming. We recommend and intend to return.
