Everything was excellent, the environment was very clean, Mrs. Adélia and her husband welcomed us very well, gave us all the instructions on what to do and when we needed help with the gas she helped us very quickly! I highly recommend it, her house has so much to do that we didn't even visit the surroundings. Dona Adélia provided us with extreme comfort!!

Going to Vila Velha is always an enjoyable experience. Staying at Alexandre's apartment made those days even more pleasant. Great apartment, with a stunning view, having around you excellent restaurants, coffee makers, ice cream shops. Alexandre was requested in everything I needed. Apt matches what's listed on the posting. I hope to come back more often and highly recommend.

The apartment is very comfortable, so we felt at home. The building is quiet, has polite and helpful staff and the location is fantastic! It was a very pleasant time with the family. Alexandre was proactive and gave all the instructions to make sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

An excellent apartment. The location provides a walk along the waterfront, as well as privileged access to the beaches. Another highlight is the proximity to commerce, which made it possible for us to do everything on foot. What delighted us the most was the beautiful view, the balcony is perfect for contemplating the sunrise and the evening, waking up and sleeping with the sound of the sea was an incredible experience. As for the facilities, they are quite satisfying, comfortable rooms, well-equipped kitchen, toilets with good structure and a charming library. It is also worth highlighting the communication with the owner, which was quite quiet and has always been available to answer the questions.

The space is very good, it is a few meters from the beach, with everything close. Alexandre also gave good tips about the location. The presentation of the apartment also very good, everything clean and tidy. Me and my family like it a lot. We were also very well received by the building staff. Your Ziro is extremely polite, responsible and communicative. Township took my doubts, helped everything I could, and it's very nice. Over the house, clean, smelling too much, all organized. It is a large and very airy house and the fact that it is at the top of where he lives does not get in the way of anything, there is a lot of privacy. It's near gorgeous beaches that aren't super crowded. There are no comments that define full quality. Super recommend and want to come back!!!

Thiago is a great host, with easy access and attentive, the D. Ilma is an excellent person too. The apartment is wonderful, very well cared for, great location, a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Being on the same street there is a grocery store, bakery, snack bar and distributor. He gave some tips for places to know amazing places. God willing for the next vacation I will rent Thiago's apartment again!!

Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

We love the apartment! The location is great, with everything nearby, which made our stay very practical and enjoyable. We went during the turn of the year and were able to make the most of every moment. We were greeted with great affection, with a personalized card and pampering that made all the difference. Communication with Lúcia was exceptional, from the booking process to after the check-out, always attentive and available. The view to the fireworks display was simply stunning, providing unforgettable moments. Undoubtedly, it was a very worthwhile investment. We return home with incredible memories and the desire to return soon!

The house is WONDERFUL! super spacious, well cared for, cozy, great location, mega conserved. The pool/barbecue area is located outside in common with another house, but was not an issue for us. Léo is the host, super available and always in touch with us. We hope to come back more often!

It was a super nice weekend, from the adults to how much the children enjoyed every moment. The house has served our family very well.. not to mention that it has 5 bathrooms that wonderful. Everything comes near supermarket, pharmacy, kiosk. ah and foot in the sand for those with a child is wonderful.. In the opportunity we will return yes..

Great home for a big group trip. The pool, sauna and outdoor area are really great options for spending all day or relaxing after the beach. The host is responsive and flexible, providing all the requested information. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. I would definitely stay there again.

The house and the space in the background are excellent, everything working, swimming pool clean. Amaury always responded and solved everything that happened quickly. The location is very good, very close to the beach that has great kiosks and several different activity options with good prices.
