Vacation rentals with beach access in Bacutia Beach

The experience was just wonderful! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, organized, well decorated. The location is excellent, close to the beach and great. Flávia was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions. We slept super well, as the environment is quiet and the bed very comfortable. We will definitely return at a next chance.

Excellent stay... flexible check-in and check-out, with clean linens and towels... they even brought cleaning supplies and soap powder... although I didn't use any of it I thought it was a nice touch... since nothing is perfect: the TV is not smart... but luckily there was a Chromecast there that we were able to use...

Flávia is an excellent hostess, always quickly answering questions. My family and I really feel at home, the apartment is perfect, with a beautiful sea view. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but it was not missed at any time, natural ventilation alone was enough, and there were fans in every room that worked perfectly. We loved the stay and plan to be back soon!

The apartment is great for a stay on this quiet beach in Guarapari. The description and photos show everything about the apartment. We went in 4 people and we were very comfortable in the place. The kitchen is well equipped with the vast majority of the necessary utensils (there was no Airfryer, but that didn't disrupt our plans). Otherwise, everything is great and useful. The rooms are a good size and the living room is very spacious. It has internet and SmartTV, as well as a wonderful view. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. The building doormen are kind and helpful. I recommend the apartment and the beaches that are close to it to everyone.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

This was the first time I've stayed in a container, and I found the experience wonderful. Although it is compact, it is very cozy. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, you can see the sea and the lagoon. The yard is large, all walled, my dog had a lot of fun with so much space. Super recommend!!!

We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

The highlight of my stay was the ease of communication with Elisa. All that I needed to talk to her was very quick and cordial. The apartment is in a super nice condominium, the pool is great and the access is easy. The region is very quiet and has wonderful beaches. It's a simple space, but fair to what it offers.

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach well in the rooms. Oh, and I missed having a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There's a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth checking out!!

All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
