It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

Casa La Vie was a great stay for our family. Our hosts Julius and Marietta were very accommodating. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and the Metro Manila Skyline view was stunning. The living and dining area could use an AC, and a pool heater would be a nice addition. Overall, it was a lovely experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I feel at home when I entered the apartment. Spacious, clean, and the internet is really good. Near establishments such as jollibee, kfc, karenderia, 7 eleven etc. The host is very much responsive. Im very meticulous when it comes to cleanliness and stable internet connection. Overall, i find the place 9/10. 💕💕💕 I’ll definitely book this again.

the place is spot on clean .. clean sheets.. spacious unit.. water pressure is good too.. blanket is a bit small for two peeps sleeping together.. but still stay is superb! we slept well too, because the bed, pillows and sheets are all good quality.. aircon is cold too.. not noisy.. it allowed us to sleep comfortably. Thank you so much for having us, looking forward to our next Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The unit itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a stunning view overlooking Manila Bay — absolutely perfect, especially during sunset. The location is very convenient and accessible. It’s just a short walk to the mall, food chains, pharmacies, and most importantly, the US Embassy and St. Luke’s Medical Center, which was the main reason for our trip. Everything we needed was within reach. Another thing we really appreciated was the high level of security in the building. We felt safe throughout our stay, with attentive guards and strict access protocols in place. Overall, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — whether for leisure or official appointments. We’d definitely stay here again! 💓

This place is gorgeous! It is very cozy and spotless. We loved how they decorated the place, it feels like home. 😌 We had everything that we needed. What also attracted me to book this place was that the amenities were free including the parking. And the location too, making it easily accessible to the restaurants and shops. The host, Ms. Abigail was very friendly and responsive. She made sure that everything goes smoothly from check-in to check-out. Good place, pretty much exactly what’s advertised. Keep in mind that if you have guests, they have to trade in their IDs for a visitor card. That was pretty annoying but more of a building policy than anything else. Great views, great HVAC system, very nice and accommodating host. Would book again
