This place is amazing, it has everything you need like literally, she had 6 towels , drinks and coffee. Everything was clean and organized. Rooftop pool too. The host was amazing and nice, i forgot my sunglasses when i checked out and she managed to find someone to drop them off at the airport. The place is huge too

I was left with the impression that Sergio strives to offer good accommodation and to be attentive to his guests. The location was good for us. Recommended!

The house is very nice, spacious. The decoration is very cozy. The kitchen utensils allowed us to eat at home, when we needed it.

The accommodation is perfect, it has two rooms with its full bathroom each, it has a main kitchen that is next to the living room and dining room, although it also has another smaller kitchenette in the second room, that was very useful since we were two separate couples and each one was able to make their meals without interrupting the preparation of the other. There is a pool in the facilities that is very nice and always clean. The apartment is modern, the towels and the covers are very clean. Another plus is that it has parking inside the premises and the entrances have a fence, which makes it feel more safe and comfortable. The center of Bacalar, is about 5-7 minutes walking, so it is very close. A thank you to Eli, who was always attentive to our stay, was always very kind and with a great disposition.

The stay was quite pleasant. Brenda and Leonel were super friendly and always attentive. Plus, they always answered super fast. The place is as described and is much better in person. The services are as advertised. The location is excellent and accessible to everything. I'm definitely going back.

The place was exact as we imagined, the unpaved entrance road, but it's normal for a private place and by the lagoon. Verónica received us super friendly, we checked in very late at night and she was attentive and explained everything in detail. The place is very clean, the towels super clean, the beds too. As a note: They need an oversize or bedspread on top of the bed sheet, but other than that, everything is fine. It's a rustic place and I really liked that I didn't have a TV to appreciate the beauty of the area. I work remotely and the wifi worked perfect at all times. Victor (the host) is super helpful at all times and with a very quick response to any questions. Recommended if you go as a couple without children and you are looking for something very simple as you think you are out exploring the area.

Very clean with very comfortable bed and nice big shower. The walk into the main part of town is easy and takes 10 mins maximum. We enjoyed walking the eco park boardwalk early mornings and evenings. It is right across the street. The hosts are friendly, helpful and quick to respond.
