This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Sandro und Kristina haben uns sehr gut empfangen. Unterkunft war sehr sauber/wie auf den Fotos und in guter Lage. Strand war zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen:)

Znakomite miejsce. Ładnie położony apartament z 3 tarasikami, zawsze można znaleźć i słońce, i cień. Ładny widok na morze i ogród. Apartament świetnie pomyślany, funkcjonalny, wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. Nowoczesny, nieskazitelnie czysty. Luka był życzliwy i szybki w komunikacji.

Mit großem Abstand die beste Ferienwohnung die wir kennen! Super Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer, ruhig, hell, Sauber, neu eingerichtet und ein perfekter Gastgeber! Tomislav und Lara waren einfach super freundlich, haben binnen Minuten auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und waren extrem hilfsbereit und proaktiv. Solche Gastgeber sind eine extrem rare und tolle Erfahrung! Wir haben uns von allem Anfang an äußerst wohlgefühlt und waren einfach gern hier! Eigentlich müsste man für dieses Erlebnis 6 Sterne von 5 Sternen vergeben. Ein wirklich außergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt! DANKE 🤩

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

Super schöne Lage! Der Blick ist atemberaubend! Jede Minute ist einfach wunderschön, wenn man das Meer beobachtet. Klimaanlage. Waschmaschine. Tolle Restaurants im Umkreis von 3 Minuten. Sehr sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Nevanka war immer und gut erreichbar. Leider war es durch die Haustüre ab 5uhr sehr hell. Mit Kleinkind etwas zum Nachteil. Aber im großen und Ganzen würde ich diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

My husband and I spent one night in Umag during a journey by bike across Istria. I can claim we were really lucky in finding accomodation at Angelika's and Frank's house: they are extraordinary hosts and the apartment we slept in was extraordinary too: flawless clean, spacious, bright, equipped with everything you could need on holiday, with a beautiful terrace to relax. The house Is located in a quiet area near the lash "Punta park", with beautiful beaches at short walking distance. Angelika welcomed us very warmly and friendly: She allowed us to store our bycicles in their house's lobby (which represented quite a nuisance for them, as the bikes are bulky), and gave us a lot of useful advices about beaches and restaurants in the surroundings. She was so sincerely friendly and available to us that we felt like staying at friends' home. Honestly, we were sorry when we had to leave. I'd definitely recommend this nice accomodation with these nice hosts!

A fantastic place to stay, that we already look forward to visiting again. Wineries, restaurants, beach, trails, olive oil, I can't even list all the things that we did in 3 days. We even had a stand-in pet cat that came to visit, we named him Manfred (not that he cared). Anica responds within minutes to all the questions. Great host. The apartment is comfortable and so were the beds. Highly recommend.

Wir hatten die Wohnung im 2. Stock ("Seaplace 2"), welche einen tollen Blick auf das nur 50m entfernt liegende Meer bot. Sie war gut ausgestattet mit (fast) allem, was man so braucht. Statt der Mokka-Kanne wäre vielleicht eine Kaffeemaschine nicht schlecht, aber mit dem Wasserkocher ließ sich auch ein Kaffee aufbrühen. Der Empfang durch Luca's Mutter war sehr freundlich und herzlich und sie führte uns auch durch die saubere und gepflegte Wohnung. Fußläufig war man schnell bei der nächsten Bäckerei (ca. 5 Min.) oder in der Altstadt bzw. am Hafen (ca. 10 Min.). Insgesamt ist die Lage und die Wohnung selbst durchaus weiter zu empfehlen!

Nada was a fantastic host and very welcoming, answering any questions we had promptly. The apartment was perfect with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom, there was plenty of room in the apartment and it was very comfortable. The two balconies were wonderful- it was lovely to be able to sit outside in the sunshine. It was excellently located, in close proximity to Umag’s restaurants and shops, as well as being only a short walk from multiple supermarkets.

Tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Pool und Garten waren sehr hübsch und gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Lage! Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und super freundlich! Das Meer ist in 10 Min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren mit dem Rad den Alpen Adria Weg (ohne E Motor) unterwegs und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser charmanten Wohnung. Check in super erklärt, ständiger Kontakt mit der Vermieter möglich mit schnellen Antworten. Super Aussicht, ruhige Umgebung, auch den ruhigen Strand haben wir auf den komfortablen Liegen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung bietet einfach alles! Gleich bei der Anlage gibt es ein nettes Restaurant, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang. War für uns wichtig, da wir am Abend nicht mehr mit dem Rad die steile Straße rauf fahren wollten. Danke für die wunderschönen erholsamen Tage auf diesem schönen Platz. Gerne wieder.

Abbiamo avuto (io e moglie) la sfortuna di essere stati a Umago nei giorni più freddi (18/21 febbraio) ma questo ha consentito buone fotografie del tramonto, motivo principale del nostro viaggio. La location di Dino, peraltro molto bene riscaldata, ci ha accolto perfettamente configurata per una coppia. Locale pulitissimo, bagno e lenzuola altrettanto. Dino si è dimostrato un host gentilissimo e disponibile per i nostri chiarimenti. In aggiunta un parcheggio riservato e coperto ha completato una vacanza straordinaria. Ritorneremo. L'appartamento è semplicemente splendido, caldo e accogliente. La vista su Rabac è impagabile. Srdan e Eva sono stati gentilissimi e la loro professionalità si vede nella cura dei particolari. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità, non scontata, di cibi e bevande in abbondanza. Torneremo volentieri!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Stil ist modern und insgesamt einfach nur stimmig. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. Denisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Giorgio im Grünen Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist toll für alle die Schwimmen wollen und wir hatten eine gute Zeit!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen und die gute Lage in Bezug auf Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem kulturellen Leben. In Piran ist immer was los. Am Wochenende konnten wir tolle Livemusik erleben.

Mooi appartement, goede locatie

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. We hope to come back soon for another weekend. Thank you Mirjam!

Ruim appartement met een geweldig terras. Mladen wacht je op bij zijn priveparkeerplaats en brengt je naar het appartement. Hij droeg meteen een deel van de bagage. Een klein stukje lopen naar het appartement maar om boven te komen een stukje klimmen. De koffer werd wel naar boven gedragen. Bovengelegen vergeet je de trap door de sfeer op het ruime en stille terras. Alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Mladen beantwoord de vragen meteen en geeft tips over restaurants en de omgeving. Wij vonden het jammer om na een week te vertrekken.

We had the most incredible stay at Iva and Vladimir’s place – it genuinely surpassed all our expectations. The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt considered, and it easily stands out as the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Iva and Vladimir were the most lovely hosts – warm, down to earth, and so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel at home straight away, and their local tips added so much to our trip. As for Rovinj and the wider Istria region – even more breathtaking in person than we could have imagined. The old town’s charm, the coastline, the food, the atmosphere… it all made for an unforgettable experience. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already hoping to return. Wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area – you won’t find better.
