This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very nicely. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. Beach was about 5 minutes walk from the property. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back:)

Great place. Nicely located apartment with 3 terraces, you can always find both sun and shade. Nice view of the sea and garden. The apartment is well thought out, functional, equipped with everything you need. Modern, impeccably clean. Luka was kind and quick to communicate.

By far the best apartment we know! Super location, 5 minutes' walk to the sea, quiet, bright, clean, newly decorated and a perfect host! Tomislav and Lara were just super friendly, responded to our requests within minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive. Such hosts are an extremely rare and great experience! We felt extremely comfortable from the very beginning and just loved being here! Actually, you'd have to give 6 stars out of 5 stars for this experience. A really exceptionally nice stay! Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

Super nice location! The view is breathtaking! Every minute is just beautiful when you watch the sea. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Great restaurants within 3 minutes. Very happy to come back. Absolutely recommended.

And enjoyed it very much. The pool had a nice temperature. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Nevanka was always and easily accessible. Unfortunately, it was very bright through the front door from 5 o'clock. With an infant, it's a disadvantage. But on the whole, I would recommend this apartment.

My husband and I spent one night in Umag during a journey by bike across Istria. I can claim we were really lucky in finding accomodation at Angelika's and Frank's house: they are extraordinary hosts and the apartment we slept in was extraordinary too: flawless clean, spacious, bright, equipped with everything you could need on holiday, with a beautiful terrace to relax. The house Is located in a quiet area near the lash "Punta park", with beautiful beaches at short walking distance. Angelika welcomed us very warmly and friendly: She allowed us to store our bycicles in their house's lobby (which represented quite a nuisance for them, as the bikes are bulky), and gave us a lot of useful advices about beaches and restaurants in the surroundings. She was so sincerely friendly and available to us that we felt like staying at friends' home. Honestly, we were sorry when we had to leave. I'd definitely recommend this nice accomodation with these nice hosts!

A fantastic place to stay, that we already look forward to visiting again. Wineries, restaurants, beach, trails, olive oil, I can't even list all the things that we did in 3 days. We even had a stand-in pet cat that came to visit, we named him Manfred (not that he cared). Anica responds within minutes to all the questions. Great host. The apartment is comfortable and so were the beds. Highly recommend.

We had the apartment on the 2nd floor ("Seaplace 2"), which offered a great view of the sea only 50m away. It was well equipped with (almost) everything you could ever need. Instead of the mocha pot, a coffee machine might not be bad, but with the kettle, you could also brew a coffee. The reception by Luca's mother was very friendly and warm and she also guided us through the clean and well-kept apartment. Within walking distance, you could quickly reach the nearest bakery (about 5 min.) or the old town or the harbor (about 10 min.). Overall, the location and the apartment itself are highly recommended!

Nada was a fantastic host and very welcoming, answering any questions we had promptly. The apartment was perfect with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, as was the bathroom, there was plenty of room in the apartment and it was very comfortable. The two balconies were wonderful- it was lovely to be able to sit outside in the sunshine. It was excellently located, in close proximity to Umag’s restaurants and shops, as well as being only a short walk from multiple supermarkets.

The hosts were very friendly and always easily accessible. The apartment is a bit off the beaten path and is therefore in a quiet residential area. Nevertheless, it is not far on foot to the center or the beach.

We were cycling the Alps Adria Way (without an electric motor) and felt very comfortable in this charming apartment from the beginning. Check in super explained, constant contact with the landlord possible with quick answers. Great view, quiet surroundings, we also enjoyed the quiet beach on the comfortable loungers. The apartment simply offers everything! Right at the complex, there is a nice restaurant, with breathtaking views with sunset. It was important for us because we didn't want to ride our bikes up the steep street in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful relaxing days in this beautiful place. I'd gladly come back.

We (I and I) had the misfortune of being in Umag on the coldest days (February 18/21) but this allowed good photographs of the sunset, the main reason for our trip. The location of Dino, which was also very well heated, welcomed us perfectly configured for a couple. Very clean place, bathroom and bed linen as well. Dino was a very kind host and available for our clarification. In addition, a reserved and covered parking has completed an extraordinary vacation. We will be back. The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

We had a great week at Giorgio's in the Green Apartment, very well equipped, the pool is great for anyone who wants to swim and we had a good time!

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming facilities, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

Nice apartment, good location

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. We hope to come back soon for another weekend. Thank you Mirjam!

Spacious apartment with a great terrace. Mladen will wait for you at his private parking lot and take you to the apartment. He immediately carried some of the luggage. A short walk to the apartment but to get upstairs a bit of climbing. The suitcase was carried upstairs. Upstairs, you forget the stairs because of the atmosphere on the spacious and quiet terrace. Everything is available for a pleasant stay. Mladen answers the questions immediately and gives tips about restaurants and the area. We were sad to leave after a week.

We had the most incredible stay at Iva and Vladimir’s place – it genuinely surpassed all our expectations. The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt considered, and it easily stands out as the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Iva and Vladimir were the most lovely hosts – warm, down to earth, and so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel at home straight away, and their local tips added so much to our trip. As for Rovinj and the wider Istria region – even more breathtaking in person than we could have imagined. The old town’s charm, the coastline, the food, the atmosphere… it all made for an unforgettable experience. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already hoping to return. Wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area – you won’t find better.
