This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a home away from home. We felt more than comfortable in this fantastic house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a great relaxing time with the dog and everyone had a nice stress-free time without exception. We would come back anytime!

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, well equipped and just as described in the photos, even better. The location was quiet and yet well connected. Absolute charming home. Lorena thought of everything and even gave us a welcoming gift. Location was great although the gps in our car rental had trouble locating it. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone wanting to explore Istria as it is centrally located and walkable to town.

The house is very nice. Everything you need is there. Very clean and even nicer than in the pictures. The garden and the pool were fantastic. We felt very comfortable.

Zenija was a really great host. She responds to messages super quickly and takes great care. Villa Paolo we were in was super nice and has enough space for 8 people. The equipment of the individual rooms was good and thoughtful. Only the kitchen was a little lean, but even there Zenija provided us with more utensils, great service on a Sunday.

Beautiful location, furnished with great style and clean. Excellent hospitality from Branko and his wife who immediately made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended stay for location, quality and price. We hope to return with a few warmer days to also take advantage of the pool

We had a great week at Giorgio's in the Green Apartment, very well equipped, the pool is great for anyone who wants to swim and we had a good time!

Our stay was one of the best Villa holidays we’ve ever had. The airport in Pula was incredibly easy as was picking up our hire car and then a short 40 minute drive to the Villa. Ivan had allowed early check in which helped as we had travelled overnight. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know, and was then easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is incredible. The rooms are spacious and are decorated beautifully. Ivan provided cleaning products and toilet rolls which was really helpful. The pool ares was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and seating to sit inside or outside to eat. His Mother also bought over some delicious home cooked desserts, which was very gratefully received surprise. The villa is in a peaceful location but is brilliantly situated to visit so many wonderful places, including Pula, island boat trips (one with tame peacocks) and lots of beautiful coastal towns. I can not recommend Ivan and his beautiful villas enough!

The Villa is beautiful. The architecture, design and build is first rate. The interior design is soothing and comfortable. A mix of stone farmhouse and modern mediterranean. Everything was very high quality and most impressive. The location and views are amazing. The pool and pool house are stunning. The landscape is very well done, the garden ( we did pick tomatoes, watermelon, baby carrots and shallots, after we asked if it was ok) is lovely. The grapes were picked during our stay and one of our group helped out ( for about 15 minutes, ha ha). The only minor drawback were the bugs. Evidently late Sept early Oct. is the season for a particular bug. No big thing. I highly recommend the Villa and thank you Andreas and Hana.

Katarina is the perfect host! She always responded very quickly and gave us a lot of very good recommendations for the region. My husband and I wanted a quiet and sunny hideaway during the grey and cold German winter and got what we were looking for: a very nice and cosy cottage with a beautiful garden with olive trees and lots of sun including beautiful sunsets in front of the cottage. There was enough firewood to warm up the cottage inside and make it even more cosy. We walked through the surrounding nature with our dog and made little day trips to the ocean and the surrounding cities. The food and wines in and around the nearby village Buje are delicious and we enjoyed a lot of good food with fresh fish and truffle. We absolutely recommend this place.

We spent 2 days and 2 nights there with our three children and dog! We had a wonderfully relaxing time! What we particularly liked was that we were there alone as a family and had the great garden with pool for us!! Only the owners live there, too, but that doesn't bother you at all, you hardly notice them! The landlady Veronica was extremely nice, and we were even allowed to help ourselves to the vegetables and fruit from her garden! The whole complex is superbly maintained! Simply perfect!

There were four of us staying at the property for 9 nights as a family. As stated in the other reviews, the house is very rural and good 10 minutes from the nearest beach. The map in the description is misleading. There are no restaurants or shops directly at the house. These are probably about 15 minutes away in Umag. We did not use the pool as we were in Croatia in the low season. The house itself is as described. 2 beautiful bedrooms each with their own bathroom and finally a closet for clothes. Bring mosquito spray! Restaurants are plentiful and delicious in the area in 15 minutes by car. Tip here: La Parenzana near Buje. Cycling is also good both road bike and Graveler. The latter beautiful on the former railway line Parenzana. To summarize, we felt very comfortable The price is justified in the low season.

Mateja and Kevin were the warmest hosts we've ever had 🫶 very reliable, attentive and communicative… a great welcome, with homemade wine, makes the start of the holiday perfect… the apartment was fantastic, very lovingly prepared, very clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures… thank you for the wonderful time 😊
