The place was lovely and clean, well presented and really well equipped. Mark was really responsive and helpful. The location was fabulous, perfect access to the beach, the pier and all the shops.

Our Family of 5 absolutely loved our 3 night stay here, cannot say enough good things about this town, this host and this lovely space - everything was above and beyond our expectations! The space is larger than it appears in photos and everything inside was top quality. Our 3 kids each loved having their own bed. We enjoyed cooking and eating in as well as sampling the yummy food that the town has to offer. Sarah provides a great selection of movies, novels and picture books of the area as well as the most impressive Welcome Basket - much appreciated after a busy travel day!

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. Another amazing stay at Blyth View. Graham and Jo are great hosts who were very responsive before and during our stay. We had visited before several years ago and our second stay was just as good. The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for a family, especially having the pool onsite. The surroundings are very peaceful and there’s so much to do in the surrounding area. This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

We had a wonderful time in Felixstowe. Ian's home was amazing. It was spotless and comfortable. There were all the appliances you could possibly ask for and we were able to access the Landguard Fort and the port, Felixstowe Ferry and the shops very easily. 2 Parking spaces and the beach a few yards away. Plenty of play activities if you have children. We had a great time and I would highly recommend Ian's lovely home.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! I was visiting Chelmsford to see my family but mainly because my Grand- Daughter was appearing in the ice show at the local sports arena. Space with my family was limited because of interest in the ice show so I decided to stay locally at an Airbnb. Nita’s was the place I chose. The flat was superb – a carefully designed self-contained space that was roomy, airy, quiet and immaculate. The use of roof lights brought masses of daylight into the Living/Dining room which had a very comfortable settee. There was everything in the kitchen that I needed. The shower-room was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable. Communication was excellent with Nita and I wanted for nothing. The flat is ideal for exploring South Essex with Southend-on-Sea and Frinton-on-Sea not many miles away. There is a local shopping area with a Co-op for groceries and some nice eating places and there is a large park very close by. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it without hesitation.
