The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

From the train station in Röblingen, you walk 10 minutes to the water mill and there in the large garden stands the construction trailer. The watermill Röblingen can also be searched in the net and you can also find some information about the mill and the property on the same page. You have your own entrance, which leads somewhat provisionally through a construction fence with a padlock and then you see it already standing on the meadow. Behind it ripples the stream.

Vaters Haus is a romantic gem in the old craft district. Between the tailor and the butcher, there was a tiny hairdresser here. In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
