There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

For those who want to stay in the Greek house, the house of Ms. Hande and her husband is great, both of them are interested and I would like to say that everything is thought out, perfect for those staying in the house, I can say that everything is thought out, perfect, and there was an incredible anbians for eating and enjoying the view on the terrace. It was a perfect Airbnb experience. Everything is thoughtfully thought out. Ms. Irem showed her hospitality from the first to the end with her tremendously good communication. Not a single negative sentence can be made for the house. We had a full 4 days thanks to the perfect location where you can reach everywhere on foot in the center of Ayvalık. If you are between two or three houses, I would say choose this place directly with peace of mind.

We settled in our home easily after the very quick and prompt confirmation process. The summer house had the usual first day cold in every area and in the house. However, thanks to the air conditioning in each room, we did not have a problem from the 2nd day. Thank you for staying in a tidy, spacious and tidy house.

The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions
