House vacation rentals in Ayvalık

It was one of my favorite homes among my Airbnb visits. It was a sparkling house with a beautiful sea view, in an extremely well-kept and clean location. The pool was cleaned every day and was very nice. The owner of the house, Gavriil Bey, was a very helpful person who answered almost every question quickly. Marianna was a wonderful host, very helpful in everything and an extremely friendly person. He showed us around the house and gave us all the necessary details. We were very pleased, we are thinking of coming here again on our next trip. The house is on a hill but very close to the town of Plomari. We rented a car and felt very comfortable. This way we were able to visit all the bays. There are restaurants and beaches to swim within walking distance. But the island has so many beautiful beaches that it is best to rent a car and explore as much as possible. Seafoods are excellent and affordable.. this island became one of our favorite holiday destinations. Thanks for all..

Very clean and spacious house had a bathroom and tualet in every bedroom and they were very clean and the towels were freshly washed and spotless. The hosts were overly polite and friendly and welcomed us very well and smiling. The location of the house is also very nice and very close to the island of Cunda in a very nice and calm place. When I informed him that I would be coming with my newborn child, they added a crib for us, which made us very happy.

We had an excellent stay in this house. House was perfect for us and was as described. Rooms are well and cosy decorated. Full kictchen with filtered tap water. One car parking space and yes there is car charge plug also. Not only you have private pool but also 150mt away to the sea. Our host was so lovely and easy to communicate. Apples and 200ml ouzo was great welcome suprise. Thank you for everything.

It was definitely one of the most enjoyable holidays we had as a family. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was just packing for us and coming. The owner of the house, Mr. İlker and his assistant, Mr. Hilmi, supported us in everything. They were absolutely very understanding and helpful. We especially said that Mr. Hilmi was there from the beginning to the end:) See you next year!

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

We felt like we are staying in our house. Fatih is a great host, he responded all our questions quickly. House was so chill and spending time near the pool was amazing.

We had a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The garden was both comfortable and quite clean. It was great to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and enjoy the garden in the evening. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to get away from the city karamas and relax. The house was very nice and clean. 3 families and 6 of us stayed. Actually, it's a summer place, we came in winter. If it was summer, we could go into the pool. We never got cold, the heating was enough. It was a safe house. Our host was very interested and helpful in everything. We can prefer it again. We would like to thank the host for his beautiful gifts. It's not too far from the centre. But there are 2 roads, if you go from the location, the road can get longer.

We found a cleaner and nicer home than we expected. The kitchen was very clean, the bathrooms were very clean and especially the bedrooms were very clean and nice. The host was very interested in us. In terms of location, very close walking distance to the center, if I were to come to Ayvalık again, this would be my first choice

There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.

It was a nice place to rest your head. It was hassle-free with transportation at my location. The host, Ms. Naz, was very nice and supported our questions with sincere answers right away. I prefer the same place the next time I go.

This is our second time staying in this wonderful house. We had another extremely comfortable holiday thanks to its location close to the beach and shopping centers, the quiet peaceful environment and the presence of three independent bedrooms. Our host, Ms. Iffet, was as hospitable as ever. She was quick to respond to our questions and needs. I hope we will be guests next year as well. In addition, watering the garden in the evenings is a very pleasant and refreshing effort:))

Everything was perfect during our stay at this house. The house was beautiful and very clean as it appears in the photos. The location is great, close to central places. Our host had thought of all our needs. We really felt at home. We would definitely like to stay again and would recommend it to anyone!

We only stayed one night but our family had a lovely stay at Aynur’s home. Check-in was very flexible, the host was pleasant and helpful. The house was a good size and had all of the essentials. The location was well suited for parking, with a short walk to the old town.

The house is quite large, ideal for large groups. Our experience was very pleasant. There is limited space to park, but the parking is like this for all Ayvalik. We left our car in one of the large parking lots on the beach and usually continued on foot, no need to drive in Ayvalik anyway. The house was generally clean. There was a water tank in the house to eliminate the water shortage throughout Ayvalık, we were never dehydrated. Ms. Dilara's mother, Ms. Şerife's mother, made us feel very good. The house is old but big and the cleanest! The 3 bedrooms (with big beds) are upstairs so the is a separate floor downstairs not to disturb those who want to sleep. The house had all the necessary things we needed. The location was perfect to walk easily and Ulkay helped us with parking too. Ulkay answered to all our questions directly in a minute.

We had a wonderful stay at Nislen and her husband's. They are both incredibly warm and welcoming, lovely hosts and always available. The accommodation is simply sublime: spacious, perfectly decorated, clean, and absolutely nothing was missing. Located just a short walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful center of Cunda, the location is ideal. The energy of the place is beautiful and rejuvenating. It was really a magical stay. We'll be happy to go back, that's for sure! Thank you so much 💛
