Vacation rentals with a patio in Axams

Very clean and cozy apartment near the city centre. Had everything you need. Grocery store only few steps away. Communication with the owner was very easy. Recommended!

The cottage is very well cared for. Daniele is a great host who makes you feel comfortable. It was clean and the area is very nice. It is easy to find and is close to the Fiss and Ladis area, which are popular ski resorts in winter. However, the wifi in the cottage was not too good, we could not watch a series on the wifi, for example. For tall people we recommend bringing an extra blanket as the duvet is not very long (my friend is 1.95) Really good to stay for the rest, greatly enjoyed!

Clean, tidy, great contact with the owners. As a base to get to the slopes, this house did a great job.

Christian is kind, communicates quickly and well, the accommodation is nice, tidy, close to the train station, we will be happy to come again.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much and the location and size was perfect for a weekend in Innsbruck! Almost everything is within walking distance and a stop is also right nearby.

Family of 4, Stayed 3 nights. Great for kids. Pull out couch was comfortable for 1 person. The loft is great for kids, not so much for adults as the ceiling is low. It is open to the main bedroom so not private. Grocery store is just a short walk down the street. Walkable to downtown, but up hill on your way back!

The place was very much nice, clean and tidy. The Mountain view was splendid. The proactive information provided about the parking and directions to the house and the support provided by the host was simply great!

Extremely pleased to have stayed at Ursula’s place she is such a lovely host looks after your needs so well and available to help anytime . Her place is located in such a scenic Mountain View with all the amenities and comfort the host is welcoming they even helped us get food since we checked in late will definitely visit again😊

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! Beautiful view from one of the terraces and a wonderful house for a family stay 😍 We were 🐶 traveling with four adults with three children plus a dog for a winter vacation and the house is perfect for such a trip. Heidi is great when it comes to instructions and it had everything to guarantee a nice vacation. Thanks very much again for that. 👍

We felt so comfortable. Lovely and beautiful place with great upscale amenities. Tina is a wonderful host and the massage was a dream. The garden, the sauna, the swimming pond, the view of the mountains - it was all around wonderful. I'll be back for sure!

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

The place was great, we will definitely come back again! There were four of us, but it can also accommodate 7 people. Clean, nice, close to ski resort. The host also recommended us super restaurants … 10 out of 10 🤩

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

Great location with Mountain View, 20 mins drive from main Innsbruck city. The apartment was clean, had all electronics and amenities, worth the price.

The apartment is very nice, modern, clean and you feel very comfortable right away. Martin welcomed us very warmly and showed us everything.
