Great place, beautiful home as described. Neighborhood is a little rough but other than that it was great!

A very cute, clean, and well thought out design. Kyle and Alo were very communicative and kind. The only set back that I had was I chose to stay on a Tuesday and Wednesday as I was there for business and there was not much to do around town. However, I was overall very pleased with the sweet little apartment.

We loved the cottage! Your home is beautiful, inviting and cozy. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your home. The area is beautiful, family friendly and close to some amazing restaurants. We can’t wait to stay there again. Thank you for everything Karen!!

A great spot! Honestly, it looked even better in person than in the photos - we were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was lovely, getting in was easy, it’s very close to the lake, and we could walk to the Main Street in less than 5 mins. It was also nice & quiet and the street is super sweet, a nice neighborhood. Hans was always very responsive w any Q we had, and helpful. A great stay!

This was honestly one of the nicest Airbnb properties that I have ever stayed in. It was identical to what was pictured and included so many extras. The decorating and cleanliness was TOP NOTCH! I hope to visit Avon Lake again and will 100% stay in this property assuming it is available. It is a hidden gem and so thankful to both Hans and Penny! They were absolutely amazing hosts!!!

This was a super nice and clean place and the host was super accommodating! It’s such a nice place and well decorated. We had our 4 yr old with us so I made sure to remove all the beautiful decorations and put them back when we left. If you have multiple little children it might not be the best fit as it’s literally a beautiful chic space. Otherwise like everyone else said that bed is amazing!! And the space is beautiful! We go through Cleveland once a month or so and I would 100% add it to our rotation.

A return visit for us, and the Cottage is just what we need: waking distance from the college buildings, quiet and comfy. The WiFi and desk space were well utilized! Milo was helpful and flexible with check in when my work schedule changed. A lovely visit all around!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristen’s place - nestled in a safe & quiet neighborhood, close to the lake, local parks & many neighboring towns/attractions, we couldn’t have asked for more in terms of the location. We especially loved walking down to the water & watching the sunset at Veteran’s Memorial Park & driving along Route 6! While it is an older home, it was clean & cozy & as pictured - the photos do not do the amount of space the home offers justice. If we had one “complaint” it would be that the beds were pretty firm, but this is a matter of preference (just something to note) - all accommodations were more than adequate in terms of cleanliness. The kitchen was well equipped for simple meals & our family of five had plenty of space to spread out or cozy up in the living areas. Having 3 bedrooms on the main level was perfect in terms of having young children & being able to lock off the basement area was nice in terms of safety. Would gladly stay again & highly recommend.

We were very happy to stay in Michelle’s Airbnb, it was clean, comfortable and close to where we needed to be. Michelle was a responsive, friendly host. I would definitely recommend this home if you are staying in Berea!

Nice place and great location. Kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor space is nice although we didn’t get to enjoy it much due to the weather. One of the bedrooms is off of the main part of the house which our kids were a bit scared to stay in but we made it work. The house was clean and owners responded quickly

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the outside yards were beautiful. There was a playground in the back yard which was fenced and perfect if you have a fur baby. Nice front porch, in case of rain, and a nice back patio with beautiful gardens.

Such a great place… we love the porch…with a relaxing view. We enjoyed the visitors who came to eat the food left for them…deer, rabbits, a real healthy groundhog, and beautiful birds. It’s a great location the turnpike isn’t far, making it easy for us to visit family. Such great restaurants (Old Town Pizza and Ziggys), and shops in Amherst. Shopping and grocery stores close by. Mark and Sue’s place is so clean, with big rooms, comfortable beds, and a huge kitchen with anything you would need. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back!

Emily is a wonderful host and was extremely quick to respond to all our queiries and needs. Her place was a short drive from Oberlin College and served us well diring Commencement.

Best place in the area we have stayed at yet. Will stay again. Great parking for boat and truck connected and still room for couple more. Great, friendly neighbors. see y'all again

We’ve now stayed here twice and have loved it both times. Perfect spot for a lake weekend. The bed is comfy and the shower is amazing! Love sitting out on the deck. It’s nice to be so close to the water and other fun things without worrying about parking. Can’t wait to go back!

All great things, all great things! This was one of our favorites that we stayed so far and we've been in several at this location! Also, this was the first time we fished right there on the water, and it was great fun! Ross was very responsive on a couple quirky questions, nothing impactful, all great! Would stay, again.

just breathe was such a perfect place for us ! close to my family the perfect recharge,ground and soak up nature after a long day. Miss Kristin was lovely and made sure we were comfortable. will recommend to everyone who values their peace and good energy ! oh ! and the little animals are such a treat ! we bought bird seed and snacks for our new lil friends and enjoyed watching the wildlife. 🥰 will certainly return ! 🥰😍

We had a great stay at the house to visit our daughter for Easter. The property was perfect for hosting our daughter and her friends from college; plenty of outdoor space for a cookout, a warm and cozy interior to help the college kids feel "at home", and comfortable accommodations for us all who stayed at the house. The yard is large with a fenced-in area for our dog, who LOVED it! Please keep in mind if there is rain, the yard can be a bit soggy, but that is to be expected and didn't deter us at all. The grill and other kitchen/cooking amenities were great, and Marcia left a TON of snacks and breakfast food for the house. The whole vibe of the place is authentically "farmhouse", which we loved. We did not use any televisions. etc, but we did see a few, so "modern conveniences" are there. We will surely consider renting again for future trips and highly recommend this rental.

We had a great one-night stay at Lee’s place! It was perfect for a quick stopover in Cleveland - easy to access, safe, and in a super neighborhood-y area that felt really welcoming. Lee was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We were able to park right on the street with no issues, and everything felt very safe. The location was great for getting out and exploring - we even went for a morning run in Edgewater Park, which was absolutely beautiful. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

House was clean and cozy. The backyard was beautiful with nice grassy area for dog. I stayed M-Th so the bar next door was not busy or noisy. Internet is fast. I had to work a couple days with no issues. Friendly people and good food for small town. Had oysters from Noosa Bistro and coffee from Julbeans. Walked to the Fairport Harbor Lakefront Park everyday. Walked my dog to Veterans Memorial Park. Visited Headland Dunes State Nature Preserve.

It was a great place to stay for what we needed. Perfect size for a small group. The only thing was that the lockbox was hard to get into. It took us 10+ minutes and a few YouTube videos to get into it. The bathroom is tiny tiny, but there is a large mirror in the bedroom that is good for getting ready. If you go in early summer, be aware of the mayflies. Not the host's fault at all, but a large amount made their way inside the house and gave us a scare. They are harmless, though. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.
