What a fabulous stay at Sarah's place. located in a gorgeous village with a pubs serving food in walking distance from the property. We inadvertently booked the weekend of the local soapbox race which ran along the road in from of the property, it was a great day and we had fun watching the races and listening to some live music whilst enjoying a cold beer! the cabin was gorgeous, decorated beautifully and it was a very calm and relaxing place to stay. We didn't use the sauna as it was hot enough outside, but the hot tub was a great way to cool off and relax in. The kitchen, although small had everything you needed to cook a basic meal, we actually used the firepit to cook on and enjoyed an alfresco BBQ watching the sun set. All in all a delightful place to stay. Do use what3words!! we had a minor detour using the postcode - Sarah was thoroughly helpful with her directions and suggestions. Definitely worth a visit. Bev is a top class host. Her hospitality was second to none, always available to get me anything I may have needed during my week stay. The annex is in a lovely quiet location with basically everything you can need. If you want a nice quiet place to call home whilst you’re visiting Banbury or near, I’d recommend it!

Lovely clean, warm, well equipped and quiet location in a very friendly Warwickshire village. Debbie was a great host and also supplied us with fresh eggs for breakfast! Made very welcome by the local pub, flower shop and coffee shops. Saturday Farmer's Market was great too! Excellent location for local exploration - Edge Hill, Warwick and Warwick Castle, Stratford-on-Avon together with National Trust locations all within a 30 min drive. Cottage was ideal for 2 retired couples, but would have worked for small families too. We are long time and well seasoned AirBnB's - in GB, Europe and Western Canada ....... and the combination of host Debbie, the accommodation and location ranks our visit up there with THE BEST! We'd give it 6* if we could - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
