The house was beautiful and spacious, and it was situated perfectly on top of the small village of Platana. It was very peaceful at night, no barking dogs or noise from the road even though it was only a few minutes walk from the restaurants. It's a 25-minute drive from the closest rock climbing crags. We felt very welcomed and Vaggelis provided us with delicious home-made olive oil, tsipouro and wine. You can pick fresh oranges and lemons from his garden. The internet was good and laundry was easy to do, so I can recommend this also for longer stays. The kitchen had good amenities and the decorations in the house were lovely. Vaggelis answered all questions we had and provided us with information about local services and restaurants. However, if you are travelling during the colder months, it can be a bit chilly. There's a heater that uses pellets in the living room and electric heaters in the bed rooms, so that didn't bother us. It is a great base for climbers going to Manikia.

Leni was a wonderful hostess, more hospitality, helpfulness and warmth is not possible! Upon arrival, a homemade cake, wine and other treats were already available, the fridge was also filled. She gladly provided us with helpful tips for restaurants, etc., even invited us to dinner and surprised us with an Easter basket. The apartment was well divided, had a chill terrace and was in perfect proximity to the climbing areas and also for daily shopping (bakery, supermarket) the distances were short. We highly recommend this great place.

Great house! Perfect place for climbers to stay as it is close to the climbing sites. It had everything we needed for our stay. Nikolaos' shop located downstairs is very convenient to supply the mostnecessary products. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. We'd love to stay with them again.

The accommodation is spacious, clean and with all comforts. Mapía is a very attentive and kind host. The location is excellent both for the sea which is 10 min away, and for the cliffs if you come to Manikia to climb. In addition, thanks to its terrace, it allows you to enjoy a unique and relaxing peace in the middle of greenery.
