Vacation rentals with a patio in Avilés

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

To spend five days is very good, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/freeway exit.

The apartment was definitely decorated with a lot of style, it was clean and the host was nice, attentive and kind to us. When I come back to Gijón, I will be happy to go back to the same apartment, I felt better than at my house.

If you are looking for the definition of Spanish hospitality, you will find it with Blanqui and Eduardo, Enrique's parents, who take care of the apartment. We didn't feel like AirBnB guests with them, but part of the family! Upon our arrival, Eduardo greeted us very kindly and helped us find a parking space. During the subsequent introduction to the apartment, he and Blanqui were beaming with joy. They were particularly great with our children, which really pleased us. There is a wonderful atmosphere all around. Enrique also sent us a detailed list of activities that we found very helpful. Thank you! The apartment is lovingly renovated and nothing is missing. In the kitchen, small items are available for breakfast. The book room and the balcony are particularly cozy. After two nights, we traveled on. However, we said goodbye so warmly as if it had been a year. We are already looking forward to our return!

The apartment is exactly as described, very cozy and in a very quiet area, but very close you have absolutely all the services. The patio is huge and our dog was delighted! As for Agustín, he was super attentive to us at all times, very close and friendly. We had a little mishap with the car on the last day and he helped us find a specific garage nearby! The truth is that we will repeat without any hesitation. The overall score for everything is 12 out of 10!

Amazing house to spend a few days with good connections to downtown Gijón. Quiet environment Mario treated us very well, he was flexible with the arrival and departure. Recommended

The house is equal to the pictures. The last stretch of access is by a path, but thanks to it you reach a secluded place, with excellent views, no noise, no neighbors, full of vegetation and a renovated house with a lot of personality, which is impeccable, smells clean in every corner, with lots of utensils and is perfectly adapted to rest, barbecue, play board games, watch netflix.. Also at night it has a terrace with super nice sofas and light bulbs. Just 20 minutes from the beach and towns such as Oviedo or Gijón. And the hosts are always attentive to what you might need. Everything is perfect!

We spent some nice days at Laura's house. The house is in a quiet, rural setting. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (for example, had already turned on the heating on our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot! Our stay in this house was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel at home: well equipped, comfortable and, above all, very clean, something that is always appreciated. From the first moment, we felt a great tranquility; it is an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. But definitely what made the difference was Nadia. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. She gave us very good recommendations and was attentive at all times. It's nice to meet hosts like that. We highly recommend this place, and if we stop by again, we will definitely repeat it.

An unbeatable house, very comfortable and no detail is missing. Gonzalo is super friendly, approachable and thoughtful. The area is very quiet and there's a huge garden to enjoy with and without pets. In short, it couldn't be better!!

Choosing Marta's house for the weekend was a hit and lucky. The house is very large, tastefully decorated and with everything in detail, Marta has thought of everything. The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, in the middle of nature, waking up there and with those windows and views is another story. Marta was attentive and gave us the recommendations we asked for. He had many nice touches, including leaving us coffee, typical sweets and even board games in the house. I definitely recommend it and I'll write it down for future getaways. Thank you very much Marta!!!

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Merche was an excellent host. She was very attentive and gave us very good recommendations during our short stay. The house is spectacular, in a very quiet area, just as seen in the photos.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.

Celsa was an amazing host! Always reaching out, asking how she could help, came to welcome us into the house and we felt right at home! He mom even made delicious cookies for us!! It was so sweet, we met her dad outside taking a morning walk one day and he was so wholesome. I absolutely recommend this place if you’re with family and want to feel right in the hills of Asturias in an authentic place! It is just about 20 min from both Gijon and Oviedo, which is incredible so you can go for a day visit whenever you want and even have dinner there and then come back in for the night so quickly. It was exactly what we were looking for, I wish we stayed longer and used that beautiful outdoor patio! One thing to notice, which is already in the listing (so no surprises there) is that the flat is on the second floor without an elevator, so if you have mobility issues or carry a lot of bags/heavy strollers, it might be something to consider.
