Vacation rentals with a patio in Avilés

Very happy with the accommodation, it is in a quiet area, you can park easily, supermarket next door and it has a bus stop very close, the apartment was very clean and the owners left us snacks, food and drinks and a gift for the kids, as I said, but very happy with this accommodation

Raquel is very attentive, good communication. The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, very complete with all the necessary amenities and more, we would repeat.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

David is an excellent host. We arrived later than the agreed time and not only did he NOT have any problems, but he offered us all the amenities in the world. At check-out, since I didn't have any pending check-ins, he offered to let us leave at any time we wanted. He was always available and answered messages very quickly. He advised us on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great, everything too. I recommend it!

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

It is a typical house and very nice. Very good to disconnect and be in touch with nature. From there you can go to many places with good communication. Loli has been a sky, I'm waiting for us to explain everything and he came to spend some time with us when we went to Gijón.

Wonderful house in a charming village surrounded by nature. It has stunning views and the house is very well equipped. Very well located for excursions.

Our stay there was unbeatable. The house is full of details, it didn't lack anything! We felt right at home! Marta showed us the house and told us where to eat and what places to see We will be glad to come back!

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. We really enjoyed our stay at this little house. It is the back of a country house, fully equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. Located in a privileged natural setting, they have taken advantage of their surroundings to enjoy the surrounding nature with a spectacular winter garden. The hosts were very nice, attentive and made every effort to make our visit as satisfactory as possible. Very close to Gijón and with good road connections. We've practically just left and we already want to go back!

The house is just as you can see in the photos, a very quiet rural area, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Sergio , the host, super friendly and willing.The even a detail on arrival for us and for our dog ( who finally couldn't come ). Highly recommended.

Very quiet area and very nice views to see the sunset and the stars. Close to the beach. The house is very bright and clean, we were delighted with the house and the easy communication with the host. Thank you very much.

Roberto is a super communicative and kind person. The house is amazing! It has everything you need. It was clean and the host asked us a few times if we need enything. The area is quiet and its a perfect place to escape from the city! The only downsite we found is that the driveway to the property is very steep so it was problematic. The other thing is that there is only one private bedroom. Anyway, we can 100% recommend this house and we would love to come back here one day!

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We had a wonderful stay in Merche's apartment and she was so helpful, kind and generous we felt completely at home from the start. Cudillero is a great and fascinating place to explore, walk and bike (it's hilly!). We would love to come again. Merche and her partner are lovely. Thank you!

The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.
