Comfortable establishment for families, with three rooms and in a quiet area next to Salinas beach (3 minutes by car). An area with shops that makes your stay easier.

Host Juan and his wife were very attentive to our safe arrival. We were warmly welcomed by Juan and his son. The apartment is very nice, clean and well organized. In addition, there is a nice terrace and a beautiful view that overlooks the river and part of the sea. From there, there's plenty to discover and outings to do. Don't hesitate.

Cristina was charming, very helpful, and attentive to everything. The apartment was very clean and well kept. It has different places to have a drink on the promenade very close by, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner (highly recommended "La Luna", but you have to go well in advance to get a seat). The area is very quiet, it is very good for a walk and both Gijón and Oviedo are half an hour away by car. 100% recommended this accommodation, just with the proximity and the good treatment of the hosts it is very worthwhile.

The area, the apartment and the kindness and good treatment of both Jessica and her mother, has been spectacular. We will be back for sure!

We have been to Rocío's house in Holy Week with the family. The description matches what was described, Rocío has been very friendly and attentive. The house and the estate is ideal for going with dogs. We went with ours and the experience couldn't have been better. In our case one of the dogs is a mastiff and due to its size it managed to skip the closure to go to visit the cows of the neighboring estate. The house is located very well to visit the area: Luarca, Cudillero... in addition to being close to beaches. It was definitely a great option!!!

We have been 3 couples spending the weekend and the house is very good; comfortable and in a very nice environment. Both Ricardo and Pablo have been attentive and close, promptly answering questions or some request we have made to them.

Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town
