Monthly Rentals in Avalon

We loved our stay. Amy & Ian were so wonderful and the house is truly gorgeous. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around - they had so much fun. Highly recommend. We will def stay again. Thank you!

What a nice little town, first time for us staying in this part of town and we enjoyed it. Walkable neighborhood, we never moved our car all weekend. Walked to the brewery which we highly recommend the owners were super welcoming. We ate dinner at the speak easy while listening to local music. And ubered over to the Roxian theater for a concert. We stayed in the Pittsburgh unit and had everything we needed, the apts was exactly as described. We would definitely stay at Tyler’s place again. Easy street parking, while it’s described as up and coming we feel it’s beyond that and found it to be safe and established.

I can’t say enough about Scott and the beautiful home we were hosted in. Hoping for cleanliness is on the top of my list when we travel. This home did not dissapoint!Immaculately kept, tastefully decorated, well appointed, welcoming-comfort. A quick note: We were in town for a relative on hospice so it was already an emotionally charged weekend. When we arrived at the home it was late evening, we stepped into this peaceful environment, greeted with warm lights on, as if someone was waiting for us to get “home.” There was a message on the board welcoming me by name! (The home is stocked with numerous amenities for the guests) Scott: Absolute kindness, I felt like I knew him. I hope we get to meet sometime when we come back. Thank You for everything! What you do Scott IS noticed. ♥️

Lovely river views and sunsets, very comfortable space in a historic home. Easy access to Pittsburgh attractions and friendly host.
