*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

ACRISURE STADIUM can be reached via car in 15 minutes by car, as can PNC Park and downtown Pittsburgh (or 20-30 minutes by bus).
