We booked for 8 people to celebrate our 60th birthday together and enjoy 4 days in a peaceful and green place. Beautiful area. Very beautiful home. Clean. Very well-equipped in every room. Necessary in every way. Not overlooked. Very good Bedding. Very comfortable living room. Garden lounge areas, garden table area, BBQ, swimming pool turned on 2 days before the scheduled date to be nice to us… DAVE and DEBBYE are very attentive. I highly recommend this listing! We stayed at Patrick and Agnes's place with friends and kids. We are into wine tasting, good food, local culture and sports. Everything was perfectly doable at theirs, th running was amazing in the surrounding nature, the kids had a blast in the pool and Patrick and Agnes were just wonderful and even invited us for an apero. We had a wonderful time.

Very nice house , tastefully decorated. I have rented many houses before but I have never had the opportunity to have such a clean and complete rental house with everything you could possibly need. It feels like home. I would highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet area, it is well equipped and carefully decorated. The pool, bocce court and games room are real pluses. Élisabeth is very attentive to her guests. We had a lovely family weekend in this relaxing place.

Our stay at Laure and Frédéric's place was great. The farmhouse is nice and the location was very quiet. Perfect for breathing in transit!

We were a group of 12 friends in the beautiful house of Betrand and Claire. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We could sit together at the table inside and outside, nothing was missing in the kitchen, we felt very comfortable. We took advantage of the pool and were able to create a movie night thanks to the screen and projector. Betrand was very helpful

Amazing nature, quiet, and this large beautifully decorated room, which I didn’t want to leave :) Thibaut is very discreet and yet always available, I truly enjoyed our chats. Beautiful little house in a village close to Avallon. The house is very well-equipped and has a lot of charm. Sylvie and Patrick were lovely. They struggled to find us a nurse my husband needed. We had a more than pleasant stay at Usy despite mixed weather. We recommend eyes closed.

We had a great time in this haven of peace. The place is cozy and cocooning, and we were lucky enough to enjoy splendid weather, spending a lot of time in the garden around the barbecue. The house also offers very nice rooms, more spacious than I imagined. Special mention to the bedding, incredibly comfortable! We were two couples with babies, and it was ideal because everyone had their space on both sides in the night area. In addition, the house has many amenities such as a high chair, a baby bed, a changing area, baby dishes, as well as books, games... I highly recommend! Cheers!

Behice's house is ideal for a stay with friends and family. There's nothing missing. It is impeccable and perfectly equipped (everything is planned for everyone (babies, children, adults). In addition, it is very well located in relation to activities and visits. Finally, it is a great value for the money. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights in the house. In the hamlet there is nothing to do but the area is beautiful and Vezelay and Avalon are a short distance away. From the village, there is a hiking trail of 8 km. The WiFi is under the router that is under a wooden block. That was a bit of a search. Nice rooms, nice beds. Great stay. Thank you Anne-Sophie 👋

Our stay could not have been better. Jenny is lovely, and helpful in every way. She went above and beyond, however, when she picked up some much needed dog food for us in Dijon. The house is beautifully decorated, well outfitted, and so charming. The area is quiet, in a wonderful way, but within driving distance of many wonderful sights, and close enough to Beaune, Dijon, and the Burgundy wine route to make them very doable day trips. Nearby Epoisses has a not to be missed Fromagerie and great bakery. Jenny even arranged a Resistance tour for us, with a local guide, Tim. It was excellent.

Very pleasant stay at the little cottage in the garden. The accommodation is very comfortable for two people (not so small) especially since there is a table and chairs available for eating outside with the beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding meadows. The accommodation is clean, the decor pleasant and the area very beautiful. We were able to enjoy hiking and swimming in the lakes and rivers in early June with beautiful weather. Many points of interest are 30 minutes' drive away and you can also go for a walk from the cottage. Anyway, don't hesitate!

The accommodation is very well located, far from any hustle and bustle. Quiet and peaceful. Birds singing, "crickets", horses neighing nearby will be the only "noises" you will hear. A real joy. The accommodation is well-equipped, just a shame for the coffee system, I would have preferred a more traditional one (Senseo, filter coffee machine or other). Regarding Eric and Sophie, they met my expectations and answered my questions. Good communication.

Small house in the middle of the Morvandelle countryside, ultra peaceful, with a magnificent view that you never get tired of and an equally pleasant garden. The house is very quiet, very functional and very pretty! Evelyne is a very nice and available person, it was a real pleasure to have been able to enjoy her place! In short, we took in the view:)

Fantastic location with a wonderful view, there is a very charming courtyard where you can have lunch or dinner or a tiny balcony with a view of the lake and beautiful hills, the inside of the cottage is very charming and you will find everything you’ll need for holiday break!, we will definitely be returning to this magical place!
