Former barn renovated using high-quality materials, featuring a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a 110-cm-wide bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace. You access it via a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the back of the cul-de-sac to the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.

P.S.: Regarding Covid-19, we ask our guests to drop the laundry in the basket on the terrace. We are equipped with fiber optic internet.
