It was a great stay, even for a day... Other hosts declined for early checkin but Ruban sir allowed us for early checkin and the place is safe for ladies who travel alone.

beautiful place to stay. very spacious place and couple friendly. Premises can accommodate 5 - 6 cars. Since the stay is inside the auroville, it will be always fun and pleasant to commute.

Our stay at The Coast - Ocean was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and designed for comfort. All the rooms, including the living room are on the top floor, so yes it did get hot but that wasn't a problem because the ACs were fantastically fast-cooling. The bathrooms are spacious and brightly lit. In fact, the entire property is devoid of any dingy corner. Checking in was smooth, thanks to Sushma, who was prompt, efficient, and accessible while respecting our privacy. While the comfort of the rooms may discourage you to step out, step out you must, because the beach, the iconic cafes and the restaurants are all so close! I'd definitely recommend this for a group of 4 to 6.

I had a wonderful stay at Jumah's place in Pondicherry. She was incredibly kind and accommodating from the start-allowing me an early check-in which was a big help. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, my phone was switched off during the night and I missed my alarm, but Jumah was so understanding and even allowed me a late checkout without any issue, which I really appreciated. She also went out of her way to help me plan my trip-suggesting must-visit places around Pondicherry and even sharing contacts for bike rentals. Her hospitality really made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting!

Great property, close to Promenade Beach (2 mins) in the White Colony, legit everything is a mere 5-10 mins walking away. The property was also very good, and offered a comfortable stay.

We were a group of 6 friends who stayed here for a day, and we had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, neat, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had all the amenities we needed, and everything was well-maintained. The caretaker was very helpful and responsive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience – highly recommend for a peaceful and hassle-free stay in Pondicherry!

We rented the private hut space in the property and I must say, we felt home instantly! The Hut was so cozy and welcoming and it was exactly and more than what we expected. I wished that the ceiling of the first floor was even higher as we had to crawl every time we had to move. however, we got used to that too quite soon as it brought us all more together. We were allowed access to the common areas of the property. It is extremely well-maintained and it's heaven to be there. The kitchen had everything we needed and it's great we could cook ourselves, make ourselves some tea. Vignesh was a very kind and generous host. He showed us the other rooms which I'm looking forward to booking the next time I'm in Auroville. if you're looking for a place that's away from all the noise, amongst nature, economical, functional and feels at home, this is the place.

Rizas is an amazing host — warm, responsive, and thoughtful. The house is perfect for families, with all the comforts you’d want for a relaxed vacation. It’s conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the charming French Colony just 1 km away, which made exploring the area super easy. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it great for those who enjoy cooking or just need a quick meal. Most of the main attractions are within close proximity, so getting around was a breeze. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the area — it truly felt like a home away from home!

The home was very neat and spacious. And, the host, Jeyanandan was very friendly and responsive. The supervisor Eswar was also helpful in local navigation. Overall, we had a good and peaceful stay. Thank you.

Mr Raichura is an amazing host!! Really sweet and always available over the call. Has stayed in Mumbai for 50 years and post that moved to Pondicherry. Accessibility: Coming to the property - this varun villa was located in a quiet/peaceful place and promenade, white town, sri aurobindo ashram, auroville are like 20 mins (around 8-10kms- no traffic in pondicherry). Auro Beach and serenity beach are like 10 mins from this place. Paradise beach is 30 mins. Promenade beach is 20 mins. Super convenient place and if you have a car/two wheeler you will be sorted. About the Villa: The ground floor is a 3 bhk and the upper floor is leased out. -Stove, fridge and utensils available in kitchen -All rooms have AC and geyser fitted - Bedsheets and all were washed and blankets were provided -Washing machine was not there but Mr Raichura was sweet enough to allow us to wash clothes in his washing machine only con was that the tenants on first floor were partying all night one of the nights.

Had a great 2-night stay — the place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. It is near to Rock beach and walkable to many good restaurants and French colony. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable visit!

I had a wonderful stay at Nasreen’s place! This is my second time here. The location ie perfectly close to white town markets, and major tourist places, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. The space itself was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including like a cozy room, fast Wi-Fi. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Nasreen was quick and helpful throughout. They evenflexibility with check-in/out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pondi white town!

I would recommend. It’s got all you need as a base to enjoy Pondy. Responsive host. All (minor) issues were sorted promptly. Cosy and comfortable place. Wish I had time to stay longer!

The complete privacy made it a dream getaway for my partner and me, and the tranquil setting truly lived up to its promise of exclusivity. The hosts were gracious and ensured every detail was perfect. I can’t recommend this stunning retreat enough for anyone seeking a peaceful, luxurious escape!

Pros: 1) Covered Car Parking. 2) Responsive and thoughtful host ( she kept some eatables for us during check-in) 3) AC even in the living room . 4) Necessary amenities 5) Lift 6) Far from the hustle of the crowd but still located within walking/driving reach of the happening places. Improvement points: 1) In-house RO facility ( 10L can was provided and host did fill up whenever needed) . 2) A door peep hole will help in knowing who is knocking the door before opening it to strangers. Suggestion to reach location: Please take the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road (which takes 1 -2 mins more than Google suggested route) as the access road in between is very narrow and roadwork was going on. Overall, definitely a place to visit for a pleasant stay in Pondicherry. thanks for the nice memories. 😃

We booked on the same day of arrival and needed immediate check-in. The host was very prompt in communication and kind. He allowed us to check-in a couple of hours early without any questions asked. We really appreciated their help also in getting us the conveyance at fair prices to go around in the city.
