Great stay at Olivier's apartment. The residence was ideally located, a 5-minute walk from the beach. In this Easter season, we enjoyed the heated indoor pool. Olivier was responsive and responded quickly to our messages. I would highly recommend it!

What a pleasure to have spent these sunny few days there! It's becoming more and more rare to find such clean places to stay. Having towels and bed and house linen available is a real plus. It is a two-minute walk from the beach, from all the shops and restaurants of Le Moulleau. We'll be happy to go back!

Great location, very functional apartment with all amenities available. Very well arranged, the bedding is really great, and the parking space in front of the terrace is not insignificant. Emilie and Léa are very responsive, available and have good advice. The free little train passes in front of the apartment to drop you off wherever you want in town, the supervised beach is next door: in short, a great stay! We will be back!

A very nice apartment, brand new, very well equipped, functional and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out to make you feel good. Games, great comics, large storage, reserved parking spaces, a welcome booklet with great tips! We really enjoyed our little stay with the visit to the winter town of Arcachon, the tour of the bird island and the tchanquées huts, the Pilat dune at sunset and a superb day of cycling at Cap Ferret. We recommend the home and the area!

We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very tidy and clean. The open living and dining area is totally cozy for the family. The huge terrace can be entered from both the dining room and the kitchen. Guillaume was totally flexible, warmly welcomed our dog Elli and positively surprised us with local delicacies upon arrival in the kitchen! Merci beaucoup! We will be back

Perfect accommodation for a family, very close to the center on foot, comfortable beds... 3 great days where we enjoyed the scenery, on foot and by bike, and of course the Dune du Pyla, on January 1st, to start the year well! Thanks

We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house matches the description perfectly and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be happy to come back! Thank you Katherine for hosting us!

Our stay delighted us, and the welcome of Valentine and Gaelle is a big part of it. The house is charming, functional, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to live in. Matches photos and description. Located in a wooded environment, close to the lake, golf, with sports courses and walking paths nearby... and then the beach, magnificent, is a stone's throw away... in short, ideal enough for those who like peace and nature.

Quiet, modern and functional accommodation (air conditioning is appreciated in case of high heat). The fact that linens are provided is a plus! Anne-Flore and her husband are responsive and accommodating on the check-in and check-out times, which is much appreciated. The city center is a little far to get there on foot but by bike it's perfect. The bike ride in the area is also very pleasant and avoids heavy traffic in summer! We would definitely recommend Anne-Flore's place.

When we arrived Marine was present is available despite our advance. The Space was clean and tidy. The bed was made. Beautiful views from the balcony. the quiet apartment and close to shops or activities. If we return to Mimizan, without hesitation we will contact Marine again

Amy is a super nice hostess and the communication was very good. The studio is furnished with love, very clean and offers everything you need. She has also provided extra practical stuff for the kids (toys, crib). The location is quiet yet very central, the car can be parked in the street in front. All three surf spots can be reached quickly from the studio. We would stay at Amy's place again in a heartbeat😀

Cyril's place is really well located - a short, easy walk to the beach and shops and with a decent bus service to get further afield. It is a really nice property - comfortable, clean, tasteful and well-furnished. It was ideal for a relaxing week in Pyla-Sur-Mer!

We stayed in that beautiful place für 7 nights and it was worth it. The place is beautiful and directly at the beach ( perfect to surf ) On the reception was a very kind and beautiful young woman. We would do it again :)
